The problem is with the contractors, the Lagos state government pay this contractors but they would decide to use the money as turn overs for months thereby owing these sweepers and left for months. I once met a woman who told me they have not been paid for 3 months even during that lockdown they were still working. Some Nigerians are just naturally wicked. 1 Like |
