You shall first of all know the tremendous effort Islam made to minimize slavery. It's the only religion that has freeing of a slave as atornment of sin. Freeing slave was encouraged and admonished as one of the greatest righteous acts. Sometimes the prophet use to gift out slaves to his companions and then tell them to free them so they could get the reward.
At that time in history the best thing that could happen to you as a slave is belong to a Muslim! So to do justice to your question you have to look at life from that point in history. A time when slaves in the Christian world were used as entertainment in arenas where they fight to the dead, a freed Muslim slave was becoming a governor of a large Islamic empire.
To answer your questions, even at that time the Muslims couldn't have random sex with the slaves, they have to be rightly owned either by purchase or gift. Kind of like a contract in marriage. So its not casual sex it's recognized institution up until it's abolished.

So how does all the rubbish and irrelevant lies you wrote here justify the raping of female slaves by mohammed and his cohorts

This was 1,600 years after the original gospels and even 900 years after the quoran was concocted yet some deluded brain dead human beings claim it's an authentic gospel just because it reiterates the lies told by their 'prophet' in the quoran centuries earlier.

Truth be told, Islam teaches it's adherents to hate non believers so Islam is to blame. The 29 people that testified against them would be considered as not true muslims for betraying their Muslim brothers in favour of infidels.
