definitely not advisable.when they install it by themselves they usually mess up d software and it significantly gets slower or filled with malware.absolutely get it untouched

Nothing to worry about, you can install Playstore on it. Quite a number of tutorials out there to guide you. Are you buying the SD version or MTK version?

I'm 90% sure this is a cable problem. Get an original cable and use it with ur follow come charger. If result doesn't get better then change charging port. Fast charging require genuine cable and infinix in order to cut cost supply cheap cable with their devices. I had a similar problem with galaxy s6 when someone manhandled my follow come cable. It stopped fast charging, but then I ordered original anker micro USB cable from konga and Alas, fast charging is back.

Well I bought another USb and it's working perfectly.. Infact I bought another for my friend having the same issue.

Your phone not charging at all might becharging port or charger.. But your phone not charging as fast as before is definitely the charger/usb

Bro u are wrong , the problem isnt the cable buh the phone itsef, its a charging port problem which so many of hot note users has been complaining abt for some time now, I mysef recently bought one with similar issue, I think there's a problem with some infinix hot note from factory, either the port used isnt standard enough or someone messed with it, that explains why most users after few months of usage experienced similar problem, and this must and must be checked, instead of asking us to come change charging port, pls ensure what or whichever part is used in ur phone are of good quality.

Pls and pls infinix. The complaint abt this is just too much.

Bro.. The problem is not Infinix products but probably your infinix usb cord is faulty.. And if you want to use non infinix charger, you have to buy an original charger like 2k own. Or go to any calcare office around you and get the usb for 500 naira
