The question you should ask yourself is, have you compared the Google pixel against any of the phone's in the top ten list? In terms of camera and image quality obviously?
Have you done this in reality?

Understand that technological developments are increasing daily and innovation is not static.

Be careful so you don't be left behind. Move with the trends. Google pixel is a great phone no doubt, but unfortunately it couldn't hit top 10.

Dxomark is the AnTuTu of camera. It employs algorithms and specific day/night scenarios to score a camera

And above all, the more cameras you have, the higher your score is because of versatility. Does that make a phone with 5 cameras have a higher dynamic range than one with 2? No. Does it improve portrait mode? To an extent but never correlates with the scores

A Pixel 3 anytime anyway shoots better than 8 cameras on that list. The iPhone Xs is best video camera by a mile, followed by a mile by the S10.

The top 3 phone cameras in the world are: Pixel 3 (esp daylight), P30 pro (esp low light and portrait) and iPhone Xs (esp video). Mate 20 pro and S10 make up the top 5. Others can start fighting for whatever...

If you're basing the rank on Dxomark scores, then this post isn't well arranged...

P30 pro, Pixel 3 and iPhone Xs are the top 3. Every other phone can be arranged to your taste
