Dude. If u expose ur boss. U'll die. If u don't expose him u'll still die. Fear not the one that can kill only the flesh. But he who can kill both the flesh n spirit. Put yourself in the supervisor's shoes and ask your self this question. How will I feel if some1 denny me of such immorality?

that is if this story is true.

SportsReferee Almost Beaten To Death For Penalty Decision by Anoruo(op): 12:55am On Dec 21, 2014
Referee Charles Ozigbo had a day to forget during a crucial NNL match between Ranchers bees of Kaduna and Kwara united of Ilorin at the FIFA goal project pitch Abuja.Problems erupted 18 minutes into the game, when the referee awarded penalty to the Illorin side after Bees players was judged to have handled the ball twice in the penalty box.But before the penalty was taken, fabs attacked the referee, therefore disrupting the game.Kwara united FC Team manager, Masambo Ibrahim told footballlive that his team had the early chances and ball possesion and the high pressure was the reason the eventually got rewarded for their effort after two players handled the ball and a penalty awarded which irked a player of Ranchers Bees who hit the referee and eventually the chaotic scene ensued..“We started the match around 10:30am, and as the match was on we were having upper hand in the game and two of their players handled the ball inside the penalty area and the referee awarded a penalty, as soon as the penalty was awarded, someone just carrieda stone and hit the referee on the head and the referee was attacked and the whole venue turned upsidedown and the referee was beaten black and blue which lead to us all running helter skelter for safety.” Masambo stated.Riots in Nigerian football has been on the decrease for some time now as the NFF has always given out lenghty bans to any club responsible.

PoliticsYouths Burn Brooms Together With APC Flags In Imo by Anoruo(op): 11:36pm On Dec 20, 2014
About 2000 youths under the sponsorship of the Imo Grassroots for Goodluck Jonathan Organisation (IGGO) on Friday 19 December took to the streets of Owerri burning brooms and All Progressives Congress (APC) flags in the state.According to Daily Trust, they also burnt the party’s membership cards and symbols in front of the Government House Owerri, declaring it dead in the state. The youths moved from Egbu Road through Wetheral Road, chanting songs.

Otuibe Samuel, the national coordinator of IGGO, said the rally was part of the sensitization initiative in support of President Goodluck Jonathan’s re-election bid.According to him, President Jonathan had done a lot for Imo State and the South East in general especially in the areas of education, youth empowerment, agriculture and infrastructure.

He complained that most of the projects done by the Federal Government in all the tertiary institutions in the state were being laid claim to by the APC led government in the state.Responding, to the situation General Sunday Chikwe (rtd) the state Deputy Chairman of the PDP, he commended the youths for embarking on peaceful rally in support of President Jonathan and the PDP.

PoliticsTortured Lagos Couple To Sue Police For N100m by Anoruo(op): 8:05am On Dec 18, 2014
The couple that was tortured by a police corporal attached to the Ikoyi Police Division has perfected plans to sue the police for N100m damages.A lawyer with the Femi Falana Chamber, Austin Audu, told our correspondent on Wednesday that the matter would be taken to court on Monday.
PUNCH Metro had reported how Ejeh Smith and his wife, Grace, were on their way home in a cab around Lekki area of Lagos State, when a police corporal, Dada Ogunsanya, stopped the driver. Our correspondent reported that after conducting a routine check on the cab and the driving licence of the driver, Ogunsanya beamed his torch on the passengers.

They were said to have protested the action, saying the inner lights of the cab were on and there was no need for the action.
In the ensuing argument, which degenerated to a scuffle, Ogunsanya, allegedly tortured the couple by hitting Ejeh in the eye with the butt of his rifle and stepping on his wife’s stomach.

The Ikoyi Divisional Police Officer, Aisha Haruna, was alleged to have backed the police corporal’s action on her arrival at the scene.
She was also said to have deleted Grace’s recordings of the incident from her phone.
The police, in its reaction, however, said Ejeh was drunk on the night of the incident and he took a snapshot of the DPO, threatening to send her picture to his pastor who would pray against her.
A Lagos-based human rights lawyer, Femi Falana and constitutional lawyer, Prof. Itse Sagay, were among many Nigerians who condemned the actions of both the policeman and the DPO.
Falana had particularly indicated an interest in taking up the case for the couple pro bono, a gesture the victims accepted.

The lawyer at the Femi Falana Chamber, Audu, told PUNCH Metro on Wednesday that the law firm intended to claim N100m damages on behalf of the victims.
He said the firm had already been briefed by the victims and the process of taking the matter to court had begun.

He said, “We are suing the police for N100m. We will finalise all documentations by Friday and latest by Monday, we will be in court.
“Frankly speaking, in a democratic setting, what happened to the couple was uncalled for. It is unfortunate that we now have policemen who have no regard for citizens’ rights and have little or no regard for authorities. There is need for the society to rise up and checkmate them at this stage. If we don’t do anything, things could get out of control.
“The police said they have started taking some administrative decisions, that they have transferred the DPO. That is not enough. We want the in-house administrative discipline publicised in the media.

In terms of lawmakers’ salaries as a ratio of GDP per capita, the gap is even much wider. While the salary of a Nigerian lawmaker is 116 times the country’s GDP per person, that of a British member of parliament is just 2.7 times.

The average salary of Nigerian worker based on the national minimum wage is N18,000.00, So, the yearly salary is N18,000.00 x 12 = N216,000.00 ($1,333.00)
Remember, Yearly Salary of Nigerian Senator = $2,183,685.00.

Proportion: $2,183,685.00/$1,333.00 = 1,638

It will take an average Nigerian worker 1,638 years to earn the yearly salary of a Nigerian Senator.
