wike is doing the best he can to ensure that Convid19 does not escalate in Rivers state, so I don't know why people should deliberately disobey laid down rules and regulations and expect leniency at the same time. Mr Saqay is just talking off point. No body is arguing the position of the Federal Government in comparison to that of the state. All Wike is trying to Do is to show the world that it is better to follow rules rather than flaunt them.
