The goodnews was shared by the Monarch on his official Instagram handle, stating that his wife, the Queen has welcomed a boy and a girl, today March 16.
‘’To God be the glory great things he has done. Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Tobiloba, who today birthed a Prince and Princess to the Royal throne of Oduduwa.

Mother and children are doing well to the glory of God Almighty.” the statement read

The Ooni and Olori Tobi got married in October 2022. Congrats to them!

Man arrested for defiling his own sister and asking her to frame it to another man

The Lagos state police command have arrested two suspected rapists where one man raped his own sister and asked her to frame it to another man.

A statement released by the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, says on the 23rd of February 2024 at about 11.50pm, one Adepoju Ifedayo Moses ‘m’ 42yrs reported at Ifako Gbagada Divisional Headquarters, Lagos that at about 9pm of the same day, he had sent his younger sister, name withheld, 13 yrs, who is an orphan, on an errand but she was accosted by one man, 38yrs, who lured her into his room and defiled her.
Adejobi said a team of detectives from the division moved to the scene, rescued the victim, and arrested the suspect. He added that a thorough investigation later revealed that it was the same complainant, Adepoju Ifedayo, who is an uncle to the victim, was the one who had actually defiled the victim earlier that day but instructed the victim to lie against the initial suspect. A search was conducted at the complainant’s residence, which led to the discovery of 2 locally made pistols and 3 expended cartridges.

He added that in a related development, on March 12th at about 10:30 PM, one Nene Badmus, f, reported at the Surulere Divisional Headquarters, Lagos State that on the same day, around 7pm, she had found her daughter, name withheld, 16yrs, lying down by the roadside crying and complaining of abdominal pain while bleeding.

Adejobi stated that she questioned her and the daughter revealed that one Augustine Udeh ‘m’, 33yrs defiled her by having unlawful sexual intercourse with her. He said a team of detectives from the division took the victim to a medical centre for examination and eventually apprehended the suspect.

The force police added that the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun PhD, NPM, has always expressed his displeasure and zero tolerance for such inhuman acts, and ordered that perpetrators must be held accountable for their actions, punished accordingly and justice served.

‘’We must educate the populace about consent, respect, and healthy relationships. By promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and equality, we can prevent instances of rape and defilement from occurring.

Ending rape and defilement requires a concerted effort from all sectors of society. It requires us to speak out against injustice, support and protect survivors, and work towards a future where every individual is free from the threat of sexual harassment and violence.

Together, we can create a world where rape and defilement are curbed, and our women and child girls and boys can live their lives free from fear, intimidation, and harassment. ‘’ he said

Boy orders a girl off a boat because she rejected his marriage proposal

A boy has sparked outrage on social media in a viral video, after asking his girlfriend to leave the boat trip in the middle of the sea, because she refused his marriage proposal.

The video recorded the guy and a lady who thought to be his girlfriend, and many others having fun on a boat.
Midway through the cruise, the Nigerian man asks his fiancée to marry him and presents her with a ring from his pocket.

However, she instantly rejects, claiming that she is not ready.

In response, the man tells the boat driver to stop and asks his girlfriend to disembark, while questioning her again about marriage.

Initially unable to respond quickly, the girlfriend is seen hesitating as the man attempts to take her water jacket and eject her from the boat.

Eventually, she reconsiders and accepts his proposal.

Tenant in grief as he receives disturbing list of items to contribute for his late landlord’s burial

A Nigerian man who happened to the tenant of a late landlord has gone worried as he receives disturbing and long list of items which he was demanded to provide, for his deceased landlord’s burial.

The young man shared the list to his Twitter account, @T0LUSHE, where he expressed his shock upon receiving the letter.

He admitted that he had not lived in the house for up to a year and only met the landlord twice during that time.

They were also from two different regions of the country so he could not fathom why he is expected to contribute for his funeral.

In the list sent to him, they demanded that he makes the contributions since he can’t attend the funeral ceremony.

A video causing stirs on social media shows that a company truck transporting alcoholic beverages, including beer has reportedly crashed.
