Going by your writing, U frequently have misunderstanding with Mr A, but U love Mr B, but Mr. C is dirty, Moreover, Mr B comes from the same village with Mr C, and you cannot marry mr B if he eventually ask you for marriage. This means Mr B whom you love is out of this context cos you said you cannot marry him. My advice goes thus; marry Mr C if you can cope with his dirty lifestyle. |
Education › Re: Help! Her Academic Guardian Is Advising Her To Change Her Real Age In UTME Reg by Antina(f): 9:47am On Dec 26, 2015 |
i will say that bringing down your age in UTME doesn't really matter, what matter most is your age on your WAEC even in future, since you forgot to reduce your age in your waec, there is no need of reducing in your UTME. |

Am sure you will not want to die before your time. This is too much for you, i will advise U to take a break from the marriage if all these things said are true. Mind You, we need to listen to her side of the story too. |

Emanehi: Accounts department is a very small unit within KPMG and I dont even know how they recruit. But if you want to apply for a graduate position where you can gain accounting experience, then apply to audit. Audit takes a lot more graduates..up to 80 or more every year, so u stand a greater chance if you can perform well during the recruitment process. Can someone apply for Audit without any Accounting background? |

NYSC › Re: Nysc Age Limit by Antina(f): 10:13pm On May 23, 2015 |
LordRepz: Your age is calculated based on the documents you submitted to gain admission eg WAEC result. At the time of mobilisation, your age would be calculated basedon that. If you are above 30yrs,you woukd be exempted. So if at the time you would be mobilised for service, andyou are up to 30yrs. You would not be mobilised... Its no more calculated based on Waec submitted in your school anymore, its calculated based on the date of birth you use on your JAMB and the year ( and month)the Senate of your school seat on your result. (When calculated, it must not be more that 30years of age, or else you will be exempted) |

tomX1: One problem a lot of people have (but they may not be aware of it) is that their certificates act as blinders for them. They only see liffe through the narrowed vission that their certificate affords them. I don't have a degree but I work along side degree holders in some firms (I work freelance) and often time I even pull more pay than they do. I remember when I interviewed in a firm and performed brilliantly. The MD told me point blank that I was a waste since I had no degree. A couple of weeks latter he called me back for a meeting and told me that most of those he interviewed did not perform as well as I did but the constraint he has to face is that if he has to tender the resume of his staff to a client then he would have a hard time defending my lack of a degree. We worked out an agreement where by I get to handle jobs for them from the comfort of my home and I get paid. I get more money off him than he pays his employees with their 1st class and 2nd class upper.
Put your self in the shoes of a business man: would you rather pay more money to a person with a sparkling degree who can only partialy deliver. Or will you pay more for the person with a third class (or no degree) who can deliver even beyond expectation on the same project?
Do not let your degree or lack of it act as a limitation to you. Degrees are only good for getting you an interview, what gets you the job and the pay is your ability to deliver. If you can deliver (but have a poor degree) then all you need to do is work on how to get the attention of those who can gaurantee you an interview so that you can directly impress them with what you can do. Imagine yourself with a degree with all the experiences you have got. |

[quote author=obiem post=2256012]Roll call: Nobel Laureate Wole Soyinka did n't make a first call nor 2.1 or even 2.2, learnt he made a 3rd class, Human Rights lawyer Gani Fawehinmi did the same result in school but today these men today cannot but be mentioned in our daily lives as men who have affected lives , made names for themselves and most importantly, be the best at what they are doing. So cheer up, take the initiative develop yourself and don't let the 3rd class stigma live with you. [/quote Point of correction- Wole Soyinka made 2'1 in university, he said that in one of his interviews listened to. |

Gazaliah: Wetin we carry, wetin u trow at us(kilagbe, kileju)?
Well to start with mine. I leave in Ibadan,I schooled at The Polytechnic,Ibadan in the city of ibadan wch is the Capital of Oyo State. We ave 33 LGA in the state bt Ibadan happen to be the Largest and the limitless mobility Area cos no body will disturb ur conveniency.Followed by Oyo town,ogbomoso.... In ibadan,We ave diffrent Institutions like The Polytechnic,Ibadan,University of Ibadan,Lead city University. Here, the cost of living is not on the High side bt accomodation tends to be on a High not Higher side cos of Capital and schools of a thing...Ogbomosho has LAUTECH and also a cool place to enjoy ur stay..As well as Oyo Town.Oke ogun(Saki) has Oke ogun Polytechnic formerly The polytechnic Ibadan saki campus bt food is very cheap, cos it is very close to Boarder. So u will see diffrent stuffs at a lesser Price. Also Ibarapa Area(Eruwa,Igboora,Tapa,Aiyete,Lanlate,Fiditi,Idere e.t.c) has Ibarapa Polytechnic formerly poly Ibadan Eruwa campus.. if u are posted to the Place,u shld ave it in Mind that U will serve in Public School..If u are Lucky,u may be posted to Local Govt or Ministry,u will be relieved cos u will not experience stress at all.
Jst come over to My State and enjoy urself to the Fullest..We don't Discriminate....
That's a little I can remember for now.. Gbayi |
