It started spreading gradually from rash on the body. And a doctor prescribed benzyl benzoate ointment said its scabies but its too harsh on my baby's skin after using it once. I've stopped I m hopeless and don't know what to do.

Forgot to add something terrible that happened in 2014.Exactly a week to my final exams,i fell from the bed(up bunk and don't think I was sleep).Was putting finishing touches to my project around 11pm and came down to make noodles for a friend.Went back up when I was done and was trying to adjust that was when I returned to the ground and my right hand went first.How I wrote my exams,it was God's grace and the idiot people missplaced one of my script that I managed to write with a dislocated wrist and it amounted to an extra year(2nd semester for that matter)Am alrdy crying,let me go jor

Reminds me of my own final year 'attacks' from my village pipu.

In my final year, while working on my project, I was bitten by electric insect. Don't ask me the botanical name biko, I just know it's one insect that will bite you and it will look like they poured acid or fire burnt you.
On my face of all places.
I didn't go out for like weeks, and when I went unavoidably, people kept staring at me like I was involved in a terrible accident. Chai

As soon as I recovered from that one, one night, just about midnight, I was sleeping inside my mosquito net when something crept into my right ear.
People of God, it was a baby cockroach! It entered my ear and stayed there for 3 good days! I almost ran mad. School clinic quack doctors kept inserting forceps into my ear until blood came out. Chai.
They were telling me nothing was there.
On the night of the second day, my mum went crazy and ordered me to come home early the next morning.
I got home and went straight to work to meet her. She just took me to one of their specialists who took me to the theatre to flush my ear. It didn't take up to five minutes and the cockroach flushed out! That was when I even knew it was a cockroach. I was thinking maybe a mosquito.

Abeg remembering it gives me Chills. Make I stop here on the chronicles of my village people

I officially graduated in 2014 7 good years for a 5-year course all thanks to all the combined ASUU, NASU, SAANU, etc strikes from my year 1

I also went for service in 2014...where I met hubs

2010- I made another school boyfriend, my reading partner plus, ASUU strike did not let me shine
2011- Can't remember jor
2012- Would have graduated if I was doing a 4 year course. I went on IT instead

In other news, my sweet mother is with me! Exactly this day last year, she brought me back from the village with my 2 weeks 6 days old baby.
She was visiting me in my home for the first time and I couldn't do much for her cos I was still recovering from cs.

Today I told her this is her first visit to me. I pounded yam for her and did all I couldn't do during her first visit.
She actually came with her husband to town for a conference, and my ol man went to book hotel for himself and his wife
Truss me, I cornered her to my house instead
Now the man just finished from one round of program and has been calling me, mum and my dh.
He thought she was just coming to greet her grand child and come back to meet him in the hotel. Yinmu. Old man wey no wan retire

The deal pulled through cos the new lady found out he divorced his wife.. If she had good intentions she would have pushed the deal harder at the first time. I don't blame Melinda at all. If the hubby actually loved her like he said he won't just make it and go marry the other lady, giving her everything he promised Melinda.. It goes to show he made those promises for anybody that will bear his "Mrs".

Melinda had trust issues, anger issues. The man loved her. I even blame him for telling her he still loved her when he handed her the cheque of $10mil. To me, he stirred her feelings with those words even though he knew he had moved on. But Melinda should have wept, cried her eyes out, counted her losses and accepted her fate. At least she had her house back and 10 mil. She left him, he didn't leave her. She moved on first.
But no, she grew into a bitter, obsessive wild being. To me, she got served cos if she didn't die, she would have killed the guy and his wife.

Remember she was too fast to judge her husband too because she had trust issues. She saw the Ex wallet in his car thinking the man was cheating again. She never even allowed him explain himself...yes the man had his own faults but the woman had always been arrogant without even giving the man a listening ear. If a woman really loves her husband, she should at least give him time to explain before coming to a conclusion but no she didn't she decided to involve her family , they all killed his ego and in turn made him a laughing stock simply because he was a pauper!

@bolded, abi her family decided to involve her. It was her sister who found the purse remember? Initially I totally blamed the guy. She stood by him so much, bought him a car, even when he blew down the house with his yeye experiments that weren't working, she still used her last inheritance to clean up his mess.

Her sisters were equally looking out for her. God forbid, I equally won't fold my arms and watch my baby sis in such a joke of a marriage. Their husbands even put their trucks on the line to help the irresponsible guy but what did he do? He turned down an $800k offer(which turned out to be a blessing tho) and put them in trouble too. Her sisters were trying to be just that, big sisters.

I'd just say she endured so much from him and her breaking point happened just when her breakthrough was almost in sight

Hmmmm.. 2008. I can't forget this year. I lost my elder brother exactly two weeks to my birthday. During that period I was also writing the Waec and Neco that got me admission and yes, I got admission to uni in 2008.

2006, the year I jumped out of my classroom window when a classmate wanted to slap me I used to be all puff no power and I had insulted a guy who arranged with his group of friends to teach me a lesson.
The jump was so funny that my slapper bursted out laughing and I became the joke of the entire class

I sha learnt to put my mouth where my strength is since then and the guy? We graduated from the same school and he became a make up artist. I almost used him for my wedding sef but changed my mind
