Romance / 10 Ways How To Overcome Personal Struggles Life Throws At You by Anuoluwapo23(f): 9:15am On Sep 04, 2023
This life is full of ups and downs. One day, you may feel like you have it all figured out. Then, in another moment, you’ve been thrown a curve ball. Trust me, you’re not alone in these feelings. Everyone has to face their own set of challenges. Learning how to overcome personal struggles will help you stay centered and remain calm under pressure.

Everyone has their own preferences for how to face a challenge in life. However, there are a few good tips and tricks to follow when the going gets tough. Take your pick from the following list!

10 Ways to Overcome Personal Struggles in Life:

Feel Your Feeling: It's very alright to have struggles, life isn't a bed of roses. Don't always expect that it's going to go all smooth every time. By masking your feelings, they are not going to go away. Rather, feelings become trapped energy and can even have negative health consequences when they are ignored. Take some time to feel what you feel. This could come in the form of meditation. Or, if you’d rather write down what you feel, writing can be a therapeutic and cathartic experience.

Make a Plan: While you don’t know what is going to happen in the future, you can always plan ahead. Look at the patterns in your life and see what challenges you’ve struggled with. Assess the optimal outcomes and make a plan for how you can achieve them. If you work somewhere and can anticipate the types of challenges you may face, then you can plan ahead.

Dating or marriage is not a do-or-die affair and it should bring out the best in you, not the beast in you. Your partner should be someone who you can be proud to say helped in your growth in life not hinder it. Just end the relationship if you do not see the growth you need or deserve. The signs are always there.

Romance / MY Boyfriend Almost Got SCAMMED. See How!! by Anuoluwapo23(f): 2:00pm On May 18, 2023
So guys, my boyfriend and I got a gift card from one of his friends in the UK as a birthday girl and then he decided to go trade it for naira since he needed the cash and his friend also sent it to me too.

Anyways to cut the story short, he called me telling me about wanting to trade the gift card with someone on Whatsapp and i was like how? Apparently, the person he was chatting with asked him to send the screenshot of the gift card image blablabla.

I did my research and asked around and then someone told me about one platform like that called Grip, toooor, I went there and signed up and then we were able to get the naira of what I traded, and Guess what? That scammer's rate is even very low compared to what GRIP traded for me!

Omoo they even gave me a cashback of 5k for trading with them for the first time.
I am glad my baby didn’t get scammed because the gift card is worth over 100k. Imagine this current situation.

Omooo have you guys traded gift cards on Grip before?? Let me know abeg.
