What does it take to apply as a research student?

An agent was charging me #2m for Japan tourist visa with hope of getting work as soon as I land because he married to Japanese lady that has company over there. Me I don't have such money to give agent.

I have mouth odor,I’ve been to dental clinic two times this year, I use mouthwash, I brush two times everyday, I floss my tongue every morning, still my halitosis persist. Any remedy?
