I think in his own case he was actually waiting for the right time to make things right which never came until he died . He was probably waiting to complete the house before informing and inviting his people and friends .

Lesson: in life let's make do with what we have before it's too late.

I feel so much much for the man even though i don't know him . The cold hands of death him without any of his family member by his side .

What could be worse than that in Life
