CD3 for Oestrogen (Estradiol), CD21 for Progesterone and other hormones. HSG (to check the tubes) is best done anytime after seeing ur menses till just b4 ur expected ovulation (CD5-CD14). U can do a scan at any time depending on what U are looking for.
