DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures that department employees, facilities and equipment meet all company, national and local policies and regulations.
• Manages the cost of leaded operation through detailed budget planning and control. Reviews it throughout the year and submits required monthly rolling estimates.
• Optimizes working time, controls current costs of plant operation and follows changes in production requirements to take right action towards cost minimization
• Works out plans and coordinates manufacturing processes and administration of plant operation to ensure quality of products meets specifications
• Resolves technical, organizational and personal problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
• Monitors maintenance schedules to ensure adequate preventive maintenance is conducted.
• Initiate and coordinate work of multifunctional process improvement teams to eliminate waste and improve quality
• Recommends capital expenditure projects necessary to fulfill planned objectives. Facilitates and actively participates during new projects implementation.
• Represents company to local authorities in matters related to standard plant operation

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for assisting with the development of reliability based maintenance strategy, based on preventive and predictive maintenance. The Planner will work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. • Conduct People Plan discussions with all direct reports in January each year (outputs, quality requirements, objectives & development plans agreed).
• Coaching on technical skills & standard engineering practices provided on the job where necessary.
• Perform capability gap analyses to determine both current and future development needs for all engineering staff.
• Conduct formal development initiatives in partnership with HR.

•Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank.
•Responsible for preparation of work schedules.

Requirements:
•Minimum 8 years relevant experience, 4 of which must be at managerial level.
•Strong leadership skills.
•A University or Polytechnic qualification is required, relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
•Ability to effectively teach/develop others to next level.
•Strong operations experience in receiving, stock and inventory as well as front-end management and office management.
•Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
•The ability to provide "a breed apart" level of customer service.

Job Summary:
The personnel is to ensure that maintenance irregularities occurring during Organizational operations are handled in a safe and expeditious manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with maintenance department personnel for any parts and/or manpower that may be required for maintenance activities
•Monitor and coordinate line maintenance activity.
•Report maintenance irregularities encountered appropriate authority.
•Maintain and control deferred discrepancies.
•Ensure that maintenance reports are adequate and in-line with company’s policy
