Would it make more sense to complain about mexican men?

Its not too late, but I think

American/Western women are a lil crazy and unmarryable once they have been single for too long.

I advise women to marry young if possble (between ages 20-26).

#1- Wearing a VERY EXPENSIVE girdle from Aryss Intern'l that was soooo tight, that my arms went numb and I threw up from my organs beeing squeezed too tightly.

I was out in Lagos market- and had no way to take it off for over 3 hrs.!

#2- I regret dressing down/ too casual on days that I had to run quick errandsw--- it never failed that o those days I either ran into someone who knew me, or that I missed a business/networking opportunity because I was not looking up to par to pursue a conversation

^^^^I do use soap (DOVE only) and water. hehe and regular lotion on my face (like suave oatmeal or vitamin E enriched)

But besides God's Grace and Genetics (My mom looks pretty young for her age too) ,

I truly believe that having a positive outlook/attitude,  , not being a complainer, and never being the type of person to talk badly about others/gossip - in all seriousness is the "secret"

If you think about it, complaining, gossiping, and having a bad attitude usually require one to frown (thus creating wrinkles, and a more aged look.

Anything explaination beyond this-- is snake oil in my opinion.

No I haven't, but If I ever need to trade in my man for an upgrade- I would consider a younger suitor about 5-9 years younger than me.

I'm guilty of exercising only for physical attractiveness. The problem though- since I am happy with my looks- I don't exercise very much at all.

I know that I should do it for my health, not for appearance, especially at my age - I should exercise consistently to ward off future health problems.
