I had mentioned it before that the stacks are not required all at once. I also took the pain to explain how the stacks are interconnected. There is no way all of these stacks will be running at the same time for a 4 hrs training time per day. It is logical. The list is just what would be expected at some point in the cause of the role. The instructor will advance with the students and new instructors will take simpler stacks. For instance, HTML5, CSS and Javascript, even with bootstrap are bundled together and we often train students for this in less than 6 - 8 weeks. I am not even saying the salary is the best because it will be subjected to upward review as the centre grows.

Sometimes we just have to deliberate. As I mentioned in the initial post, it is a new centre. There is still a lot of marketing going on to get students. Mind you the centre is not in Lagos and the fee is less than 50% of the fee in Lagos. Living in Osogbo is far peaceful and our accommodation is a stone's throw from the centre. Again, as earlier mentioned, our instructors will grow with us.

In actual fact, the role is an entry-level role not for someone with 5 years of experience. We train our trainers and by the time they spend some time with us, they would have earned life-changing skills. We also offer them the opportunity to take certifications. Teaching is not for everyone. One must have the will. Some tech enthusiasts spend their resources and time preparing tutorials for free on YouTube for all of us to learn from. Not all of them get significant earnings from them. It is all about the love to impact others.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, the role requires about 4hr of teaching time per day for 4-5 days per week with a lot of time to do other things including freelancing. You will not be developing using the technologies. For instance, the instructor may only teach HTML and CSS throughout the first month. The candidate will only be teaching with the training manual provided. Beyond salary, there are other benefits. However, you are entitled to your opinion.

Interesting perspective and thinking. Monetary remuneration is great but not the only factor to consider in a job opportunity. Have you ever heard of internship or volunteering, and why do reasonable individuals consider it worthy? Apply critical thinking when trying to criticise a position. Note that the role is not in Lagos and it offers free accommodation and only requires 4 hrs per day for 4 -5 days with a lot of personal development and other benefits beyond salary.
