I am new member in this forum. I need your urgent help regarding uk student visa, pls help in this context with ur rich experience pls comment today.

I am from Pakistan
I got degree in B.Com in 1998
Marital status: Married but my child and wife will stay here in Pakistan I would go for higher study and return back.
Age :35
Presently working as bussiness development officer in private company since 1998 to the present day.
My boss is also my maternal uncle who is sposoring me financialy for student visal I affidavit all uk student visa requriments.
I have taken admission in London school of business management for Post graduate diploma in Business mangement. I have paid tution fees and institue gave me uncoditionally letter mentioning 1500 lbs paid stamp. and i have sponsor affidavit and visa support letter from my boss who is also my maternal uncle.

My question how much % of sucess visa that I can have visa? i only doubt my age factor can decrease my visa. I am going to apply in two days. Pls let me know what should i care befor applying and what should i inform or include in my visa application form. One more thing bank statement is genuine but it is business statement mentioning sponsoring name.
