I can't say their specialty. I use Toyota though. I 've also seen most brands there; Honda, Benz, VW, BMW etc

You haven't driven the car. It's not overheating. Yet your "mechanic" is ready to rip you off, and cause issues you don't want, by replacing your radiator (and no doubt removing your thermostat, and wiring your cooling fan to run constantly).
