I have this issue that has been eating me up ever since and I will need suggestions from my fellow PCM's .......What advice would you give to those of us that studied Architecture to avoid going to class room to teach....Because I have been asking myself if it is technical drawing I will go and teach in the school or what.......Any tips on how we can get our ppa done in ministry of works or housing

I could remember my school days,I was begged to pick form for the post of Secretary general of national association of student architects....NASA...my reason was that I wasn't this social type of individual. My department has to mandate students not to pick form for the post. I was forced to accept the post,at the I was told i'm the best sec general the dept has ever produced.....Wonderful trait of been an introvert

I greet all Graduate Architects in Nairaland..I thought it wise for those who have served and is serving their father's land to educate we the PMC's here on their experiences while in camp and ppa..Also give a useful advice/tips to PCM's so as to have a hitch free service year.Thanks

This is not an equation ,cause it has no equality sign attached to it............on a more serious note,would one differentiate or integrate this so called equation or expression because mere looking at it alone,one tend to get lost.......

management of land use and its environment is urban planning.........once it deviates from managing the environment into planning,coordinating n constructions then Architecture is born..........Though distinct in their on ways but adopt similar approach to achieve it goals ..........

I quite share your views on the issues raised....these two discipline are uniquely placed to work side by side,but Architecture can play the role of urban planning without one feeling the absence of a town planner .............whereas the reverse is the case in Architecture.........@ chikaodili

As a graduate Architect,this two disciplines are distinct in their own ways...............urban planning deals with the management of land use and the environment.......... Architecture on the other hand is the process,planning designing and constructing of buildings..........

For days now I have observed this thread carefully and come noticed that Abusites and lady chikaodili has taken over the rostrum here........So much outpouring of words that makes meaning and some a mountain out of a molehill........I think it will be wise and kinder for both parties involved to call for a truce........Thanks...........

Guys to me I don't really care if are going to be in the camp by December or the supposed festive period,what matters most is that we are deployed this year.........All this unnecessarily wait at home is not really going down with me......Even though I have attached myself to an Architectural firm for gain experience and raise some dough for myself,I still feel something is holding me down.......NYSC.......One need to forged ahead in life,no time to waste........This people should better review their calendar,cause the timing is choking

I hope the so called APC spokesman has been drawn to the upcoming local government election Mr Ameachi wants to conduct on May 23rd in Rivers state.......Is that not a last minute recruitment........ Imagine a governor trying to conduct election 3 days to his vacating of office........Do unto others as u will want them to do unto u.....Golden rule..........I ask,if Rivers state governor not a member of the so called APC, while haven't they preach this sermon to him also........
