I don't understand your question, where in my comment did I rely on columns and beams

Basically, a structure without proper Column and beams calculations is bound to have defects , so why asking such a question even though I didn't lay much emphasis on them??

The fact is that South West allowed alot of things to go through for him that even a Professor from his tribe answers to him. But trust me, he wouldn't have gone far if he hails from other Southern parts of Nigeria because many have tried to bring fake certificates etc even at local Government Chairman election but where knocked down by their opponents as the people there don't allow nonsense to become sense...

Peter Obi should go put his banner in Onitsha. I remember what happened in 2022 and 2023 campaign period, I was still working in the South East then. The Igbos were practically removing Tinubu's poster in daylight, so if it happens here in the South West this time around, nobody should see anything wrong.

Building construction is now seen as a business proposal by most clients where they think they have the power to know the contractor that will work for them or how to negotiate and get the construction done at a very low price thinking they have achieved alot and gained from the contractor or builder...

Some will even come telling you that one Engineer from his friend can do this work , but if your price is fair, he will allow you win the bidding...and you begin to ask yourself, what other ways does he want your own tender to be fair

Some will appear to deal with you in the professional contract method only in the construction itself but run or shy away in the contract fee enumeration.....lols

But in all these, the contractor or builder if a professional, knows his onions and must stand firm to portray it, if the client can't afford him, let him leave his project for a cheaper Builder.....simple ...

I have had a case where a client was telling me the number of the columns in his building is much, that I should try and remove some columns...imagine, that he has no money abeg....

I gave him letter of attestation to attest that some columns should be removed , he refused to sign , told me to continue with the project that he was just joking ...

I don't understand, where are the reinforcement bars on the suspended floor, even the mixture , am not seeing cement or coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate is on its own , a substandard material , and look at the span of the building, very dangerously dangerous...

Pls consult the local planning authority in that State for immediate demolition and proper examination on all the columns and beams from the sub Structural stage .....

This is not done in construction, who did this mess should be in chains by now, is a mad person....

I agree with Peter Obi, but anyone calling for justice must come with clean hands. Peter Obi should first address questions surrounding his credentials and explain how certificates attributed to him were signed on public holidays. Until then, doubts about their authenticity will remain.

What you should be after is it he studied in that school, if there are classmates that knew him then, if he later graduated from the school and all these info are not hiding , very clear to even the blind .....
