forgiveness:
Sorry Sir! I asked you to list institutions created by Fashola which you gladly obliged but I am saying that few of those you listed were even established by Tinubu while the others are not as great as the ones Tinubu created.

Meaning Tinubu created better and more efficient and effective institutions than Fashola and that's all. I don't not understand what you can't comprehend from what I expressed obviously.

About knowing about Lagos, Let me get you informed that my great-grandfather is a Lagosian and his museum is there for the public to see. You can do yourself a favour if you wish to know my connection with Lagos by checking the book with family's tree line, therein shall you find the name of the so called 'the ignorant person with zero knowledge about Lagos' grin
Hahaha!

To rob salt to your injury, I can humbly say the first house bought at Ogunlana axis was bought by my grandfather and that it was he who named that Street so... grin, therein was this 'ignorant person with zero knowledge about Lagos' was born and nurtured to a full grown man.

I hope these pieces of information has cured you of your understandable ignorance Sir. Farewell. grin
1. Every agency I listed on behalf of Fashola was established under the laws of Lagos state by Fashola

2. Jakande created institutions

3. Tinubu created institutions

4. Fashola created institutions

5.. Ambode is going to create institutions

6. The next governor after Ambode is going to create institutions

So, exactly what's the meaning of this pointless and redundant argument about Agencies.?

This argument about agencies i very lame, boring and pointless..

The fact that you are from Lagos or your family tree is in Lagos doesn't mean you know anything about Lagos state hence you having no clue that Fashola created many agencies.

Booda Arressa, Give Tinubu the kind of money in fashola's disposal and see wonder. You talk as if Tinubu only laid the foundation without any concrete achievement to show.

What would Fashola have done with annual budget of #14.2b in 1999 with monthly wage bill of #800m huh

His highest budget was #240b which is not up to the least under Fashola regime.

It is normal for the regime with higher financial mussle to build more infrastructure but we should not forget those that worked day and night before Lagos becomes what it is.
Why are you moving from post to post?

Is the discussion about Tinubu, money and ability to do this and that?

Fact remains that given their different circumstances and situations, they still performed admirable and beyond expectations.

Fashola had more money than Tinubu even though Tinubu set the foundation for that money, but Fashola grew that money for Ambode who just posted over N600 billion budget, N100 larger than Fashola's largest budget.

Every succeeding governor in Lagos state is always going to have funds to play with because they have smart and creative leaders..

I really don't get your argument for real..

You are the one contradicting yourself bro. You are the using that foundation stuff to degrade Ambode's performance .

Do you even know the meaning of contradiction?

And talking about LASEMA , the agency was created in February 2007 by Tinubu and the was sent to the assembly but the law backing it up was not signed until 2008. So how can you now arrogate its establishment to Fashola huh
No, I was factually letting you know that your foundation noise is pointless and redundant because Ambode is building on Fashola's foundation same way Fashola built on Tinubu's foundation and same way Tinubu built on Jakande's foundation.

Laying foundation did not start and end with Tinubu and claiming otherwise is pointless, absurd and ridiculous.

And I'm not interested in your semantics about LASEMA, fact remains if came into existence when it was established with laws back by the people of Lagos state..

Did Tinubu also created all the other agencies I listed too?

Before LASEMA there was LASAMBUS. who created it? Tinubu

What year was LASWA created and by who? grin

grin That was why I asked 'if he created any institution in Lagos'. Because I know they are not as great as the ones Tinubu created.

Now, who no know KAI.........?

Who no know LASTMAN?

Who no know LAWMAN?

Who no know LAMATA?

Who no know LASAMBUS?

Who no know Lagos internal Revenue Service?

You know they are more than these.

The ignorant person with zero knowledge about Lagos state that quoted asked me to list the institutions Fashola created and I gladly obliged and to my last I checked, I don't remember saying Tinubu did not create any agencies so what pointless and misguided point are you making or you just don't know how to read and comprehend or even follow discussions intelligently?

The fact that Tinubu created agencies means Fashola did not create many many agencies?

I don't even get the pointless argument about agencies sef.

Aressa , You are contradicting yourself. When we talk about Tinubu laying solid foundation and the blueprint for the new Lagos we have now you said it is easier to lay foundation but to work on the foundation is the main issue now you are trying to downgrade Ambode's performance by claiming he is only reaping the fruit of fashola's foundation .
I never said Tinubu did not lay any foundation and I've positively credited Tinubu for the great and legendary part he played in Lagos.

And let me correct your statement on LASEMA , it was created by Tinubu's regime unless you are telling us that Fashola was the governor in February 2007. LASEMA was established in February 2007 but the law backing it up was only signed by Fashola on July 22 2008.
No agency is created, credible and functional till legal applications in form of governing laws to stand on and to my knowledge, it was established by law by Gov. Fashola in 2008.

All the past governor in Lagos state formulated credible foundation from Jakande, to Marwa, Tinubu and Fashola for their successors to build on and like I stated, 2 out of Ambode's 3 recent achievements came from the foundation Fashola put on the ground so laying foundation is not limited to any governor.

Tinubu set foundation and Fashola set foundation too so what's your point? Governance is continuum

Please lay off the pointless foundation rhetoric.

Also, 2 of Ambode's major achievements so far came from the Foundation Fashola put on the ground.

The money for the police cars, helicopters, robots, boats and gadgets Ambode shined with a few months ago came from the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF)

Do you know who created the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF)? Fashola

Ambode shined a few months ago when he commissioned gadgets and requirements @ Lagos State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA)?

Do you know who created Lagos State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA)? Fashola.

Fashola created great agencies tha Ambode and Lagosians are benefiting from and the same Fashola still delivered more infrastructures than any government ion the history of Nigeria. FACTS.

Tinubu to his credit created many state institutions same way Fashola created many great institutions

Lagos State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA) is the best emergency service in Sub Saharan Africa, better than FEMA and it was created by Fashola..

Fashola created:

Lagos State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA)

Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA)

Lagos State Parks and Garden Agency(LASPAK)

Law Enforcement Training Institute In Lagos

Lagos State Building Control Agency,LASBCA

Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority(LASPPPA)

Ambode is working, but nothing ground breaking from him yet in the legendary scope f Tinubu and Fashola even though his budget is N100 billion larger than Fashola's largest budget.

Till today, it's yet to be duplicated by any government in Nigeria...

Maybe we can start that with the resources available to them during their tenure then. You can't compare what Tinubu met and received throughout his tenure to Fashola . In fact no Governor received the kind of money in Fashola's care in the history of Lagos state. But then Fashola is a wonderful administrator.

#IstandwithTinubu on this bro. Tinubu met a jungle city ( In the word of Obj) and turned the city's fortune around and handed over to Fashola who not only consolidate on what he met but also did a marvelous job.
Both men served under different situations and circumstances and delivered accordingly in the respective capacities.

If you are standing by Asiwaju for whatever reasons you prefer, that's fine, but in terms of started, completed and delivered infrastructures in the history of Nigeria, Fashola remains the Champion and so it shall remain for a long long time to come, maybe at the end of his 8 years term.

I don't like arguing about these two but the honor should go to the main man. They are both excellent administrators and we are proud of them.
I've already stated Tinubu's commendable and legendary achievements in Lagos and in fact, we have Fashola, Ambode and Lagos state to admire and celebrate today simply because of one man and that man is TINUBU.

In terms of productivity, started and delivered infrastructures, Fashola remains the Champion in that Arena and he achieved more than other governments in Nigeria combined and I have documented facts to base my assertions on..

Tinubu laid the foundation for new Lagos, the likes of fashola and ambode re just building on the foundation.

70% of street urchins in Ipaja,,egan, isheri, idimu, egbeda, ikotun, egbe, ejigbo, igando, Iba e.t.c were integrated to KAI and the rest were under NURTW and lastma,70% all the state roads around this areas was built during Tinubu tenure he change the face of alimosho, that's why we can never betray him even if he leaves APC today .
With Alimosho is in his grip nobody can defeat his candidate in lagos even he cross to Kowa party.
It is easy to lay foundation and anybody can lay foundation, but building and completing the work is is more important.

Fashola is still the most productive and accomplished governor in the history of Nigeria.

He started and completed more projects, programs and initiatives than the other 35 states combined, including the FG.

Ambode is yet to do anything meaningful beyond beyond a few roads, overhead bridge and police supplies so I wont even rate him yet or put him anywhere close to Fashola..

Since the return of democracy in 1999, Nigeria has had mixed characters with mixed legacies in various state of the "federation". From the celebrated Babatunde Fashola of Lagos to the "pedophilic" Ahmed Sani Yerima of Zamfara state. Find below the best men that have served as states executives per geopolitical zone. Note that this is strictly based on performance while the listed were in office, and not a certificate of moral cleanliness(a term I coined from palmchat)...

SOUTHWEST ZONE:
NAME: Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu (AD/AC)
STATE: Lagos state (1999-2007)

https://www.eminentleaders.haukint.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/BOLA.jpg
The Southwest geopolitical zone has had her fair share of the good, the bad and the ugly governors since 1999. While many would remember Raji Fashola of Lagos(2007-2015) for his well-media captured performance and charisma that stood out as one of the best among his contemporaries, I will rather give the honor of the best Governor to the Asiwaju himself, the former Lagos West Senator, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

When the Jagaban was sworn in as Lagos state Governor in 1999, he inherited a state of near comatose with dilapidated infrastructure. He introduced a financial blueprint that saw Lagos increased her IGR to the tune of N7billion monthly, and created a form of self-survival for Lagos, which was evident when the Obasanjo administration unconstitutionally withheld Lagos state LGAs allocation for a whole THREE years even against the ruling of Supreme Court.

He pioneered the establishment of Bus Rapid Transit System(BRT) and LAGBUS to ease movement of commuters to their places of work and schools especially within the congested Island; He established Lagos State traffic Management Authority(LASTMA) to address the traffic problem of Lagos; he also established Kick Against Indiscipline brigade(KAI) to address the scourge of disorderliness in the metropolis.

Other of his legacies include but not limited to free healthcare services including free ante-natal care for women, free eye treatments and free glasses, popularly called ‘JIGI BOLA’; creation of the Citizens Mediation Centre; a well-staffed and independent Office of the Public Defender, offering legal services for the poor FREE OF CHARGE; establishment of FIVE General Hospitals and Upgrade of existing ones to standard; Upgrade of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital etc.

Tinubu touched virtually all areas of governance that his successor Raji Fashola was full of praise of him at a point when others across the federation were complaining of inheriting a bad state from their predecessors. According to Fashola in his May 2008 Speech on Tinubu's achievement, "he(Tinubu) was able to address a number of socio-economic challenges confronting the State and succeeded in proffering solutions to them. His outstanding achievements in health, education, environment, transportation and many more remain the great legacies which today, serve as a springboard for the smooth take-off of this administration. I am indeed happy and find it a great privilege to have succeeded this great leader in Lagos State."

Think of any policies of both Fashola and Ambode, and I will show you a trace of Tinubu.

Closely following Tinubu is another former Lagos state Governor, Mr Raji Fashola SAN, that served between 2007 and 2015. He no doubt continued the path of his former boss whom he served as Chief of Staff. Eko o ni baje.

SOUTHEAST GEOPOLITICAL ZONE
NAME: Mr Peter Obi (APGA)
STATE: Anambra State(2006-2014)

https://thenews-chronicle.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/PETER-OBI.jpg
Though now a PDP Chieftain, Mr Peter Obi will no doubt go into the annals of history as not just the best produced by his Anambra state, but the best in the entire Southeast zone.

Obi rise to the coveted seat in Anambra state came to many as a shock when he won the ruling PDP at the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court in 2006 to claim the Anambra seat as the legitimate authentic governor, which saw the sack of PDP's Dr Chris Nwabueze Ngige and the Uba dynasty.

For a full year, teachers were on strike, and life seemed to go on. With the strategic intervention of the Obi Administration, the education sector was resuscitated and enabled to great heights from 2012, and the State has maintained first position in WAEC and NECO examinations even till this day.

Obi inherited a state where civil service were at a low, a state with financial mess, a state where Bakassi boys held supreme, a state where many Anambrarians could not be proud of.

He came, worked prudently with meager resources at his disposal, he addressed myriads of challenges including providing infrastructure, creating a financial blueprint kept the state on self survival, fixing the dilapidated civil service, bequeathing. While his peers were embezzeling state funds, Anambra under Obi invested in SABMiller Breweries Corporation, Onitsha(producer of Hero Beer), Orient Petroleum etc.

Before he came to office, Anambra State did not have any accredited hospital or health institution, but within 6 years, the state had Onitsha General Hospital and Amaku Teaching Hospital are accredited. Many health institutions such as School of Nursing and Midwifery, Nkpor; School of Health Technology, Obosi also became now accredited, also those owned by churches became accredited. The Governmrnt also built Anambra state Teaching Hospital and College of Medicine. In fact, he won the Bill & Melinda Gates Award for outstanding performance in the health sector.

When leaving office, Obi handed over N75 Billion in cash and investment. The breakdown is as follows: N27 billion in local currency investment; N26. 5 billion in foreign currency investment and N28.1 billion in Certified State/ MDS balances to his successor Obiano, and paid all salaries, pensions an gratuities. Though the government of Obiano is insisting that what was left was N37 billion. This claim was countered by Obi, who through his Aide published Account details of various government accounts where the said 75 billion were as at March 2014 to back up his claim. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/11/obiano-denies-obis-n75bn-handover/

Only those with little grasp of Anambra state pre-2006 will not appreciate the Man, Mr Peter Obi.

SOUTH-SOUTH GEOPOLITICAL ZONE
NAME: Obong Godswill Akpabio(PDP)
STATE: Akwa Ibom(2007-2015).

https://www.ekekeee.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Gov-Godswill-Akpabio-545x352.jpg
Now the minority leader of the Senate, the Uncommon former Governor of Akwa Ibom state has left a shoe too big to wear just like Sir Alex Ferguson did while retiring from Manchester United FC of England.

Obong Godswill Akpabio inherited an Akwa ibom state that was a mockery in the south-south region despite the huge allocations it got in the PDP's Obong Attah era(1999-2007). While the media was singing the praises of ACN's Raji fashola and PDP's Rotimi Amaechi of Lagos and Rivers states respectively, a certain and uncommon Governor Akpabio was silently restoring Akwa Ibom state to the path of glory.

He built infrastructures which include a state of the art Hospital, Stadium, road networks, beautified Uyo and other areas, and did relatively well.

Akpabio wasted no time in salvaging the project and completing it on schedule. Ibom International Airport reputed to have one of the longest runways in Nigeria, international flights have already commenced from the airport. But as a man of vision, Governor Akpabio has moved on to complete the second phase which would have the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities to serve the West African sub-region. With the MRO facility, airlines could do some basic checks of their fleet of aircrafts in Akwa Ibom State and save the nation capital flight.

Akwa Ibom State under Akpabio also boasts of the first-in-West Africa e-library. The project is a component of the free and compulsory education policy of the administration, which impact has been phenomenal. Apart from the five floor edifice which is an architectural masterpiece in itself, it is the only library in Nigeria with a multi-media conference hall with a capacity for 200 guests. It also has facilities for teleconferencing from any part of the globe.

In addition to these, he connected the whole of Akwa Ibom state to national grid by embarking on massive rural electrification project in all communities of the state. He also introduced free and compulsory education for Akwa Ibomites and change the image of Akwa Ibom people from the "Ekaete the housegirl to Ekaete the girl from the beautiful Akwa Ibom".

Through his uncommon works, he addressed the issue of flooding that was always prevalent after heavy downpour in the state.

Under his watch, the state became a choice destination for Local and International conferences, seminars and workshop.

Closely following Akpabio is the immediate past Governor of Rivers state, Hon Rotimi Amaechi(PDP/APC) that served between 2007 and 2015. In fact, the former Governor was at one time the best in the entire southsouth until he was caught in a political feud over the soul of the state with the former first lady, Mrs Faka Jonathan and his former Chief of Staff Barr Nyesom Wike. However, not even his staunchest critics can take away the fact that Amaechi's Achievement from 2007-2012 was the best in the South-south and Rivers history.

Both the Uncommon Senator Godswill Akpabio and the rugged Rotimi Amaechi left legacies in their respective states that would take only genius(es) to eclipse.
Asiwaju Tinubu prepped the foundation for modern Lagos state and BRF took it to the next level, but he was able to because Tinubu did not let Lagos fall under PDP and most importantly gave BRF fertile IGR to work with and grow to speed up growth and self sufficiency.

Obi was nothing but a waste of time

He did nit do anything significant to grow Anambra, no major or ground breaking accomplishments and made no effort to grow the state's economy and IGR.

Anambra state's IGR was paltry N10 billion in 2014 under Obi and the states's operating budget today is measly N101 billion which is basically nothing and not enough to embark on anything hence the lack of major projects or programs on the ground.

Saving money instead of investing and diversifying against rainy days was idiotic, abdication, foolishness and irresponsible.

Akpabio with just 5 million people presided over the richest state in Nigeria and largest state budgets in Nigeria and many times larger budgets than Lagos state.

..but with all that money, Akpabio started and commissioned only 1 cinema, 1 football field, 1 library and 1 uncompleted hospital by the time he left office and that's apart from the few roads and fly over bridge.

IGR was never take care of and today, the state can not start or commission any project or even pay salaries..

Very lame talk..

Go and take money from the Bank, refuse to repay and give them dumb excuses that you did not return the money because you employ some people and see how fast they take you to court or impound your property...

Take a sit already undecided ur point is quite baseless. Inflation depreciation of naira, herdsmen...and it goes on, the man came to power to fight corruption alone he is so clueless about leadership he has cloaked himself with arrogance and justifying his misgivings with fighting corruption. I must confidently tell you that after the supposed one year u would disappointedly come here to tender your apology.

Very pointless and boring..

Do u really think such a person has audacity to make such a meaningful statement when he or she himself is out of touch with good sense of behaviour with such an half nude profile pics.
What's a freeking internet profile that means nothing got to do with anything?

Your profile picture now determines what you can and can not say on the internet?

What a load of rubbish..

Like they say, little things bug shallow minds..

Oga oo. How did he steal tax payers money? By borrowing it from Amcon? Please tell me, I don't understand again oo.

Apart from BMB, which other NTA director do you know or is as rich as BMB?
When you take and use what belongs to under people and refusing to return it, that's stealing..

The N11 billion taxpayers money he lived large on and refused to return back to the taxpayers was more than enough to employ thousands of Nigerians, build tons oh hospitals, schools, roads and so on.

The clown was just another crooked, corrupt and petty thief...
