Because for the past 16 Years we have not seen any meaningful presence of Lagos State Govt. in terms of infrastructure and development.
So, oil-yel is bringing you people closer now shocked ?
We are patiently waiting...
** Badagry, a supposed part of Lagos where the communities build road and provide other basic amenities, despite paying huge taxes to the government. (Land Use Charge, PAYE, Consumption Tax etc). We have our demand if this exploration will continue...

This is when ipob villagers try to sound sensible, but end up sounding ignorant and utterly clueless...
Badagry is is the crown jewel in Lagos and every move and the most critical and important moves by the leadership in Lagos administration after administration is to make sure Badagry remains the golden jewel and future of Lagos state economically and socially.
Why do you think the Lagos state government pushed very hard to build a deep seaport in Badagry?
Why do you think the Lagos state government put a Free Trade Zone in Badagry
Why do you think the Lagos state government is building Energy City in Badagry
Why do you think the Lagos state government is opening up access to Badagry by building a 10 lane freeway to Badagry?
Why do you think the Lagos state Government put a asphalt plant in Badagry to build roads
Why do you thing the Lagos state government is making Badagry Nigeria's Number 1 tourist center
Why do you think resort centers like Whispering Palms Resorts are springing up in Badagry?
Why is the Lagos state government building an expressway straight to Whispering Palms Resorts in Badagry
Your entire SE villages doesn't a a viable river port, but a deep seaport is under construction in Badagry alone on top of the one under construction in Lekki
The future of Badagry is brighter than your entire SE villages so worry about your village and let Lagosians worry about Lagos, the 7th largest Economy in Africa...
ProfessorPeter: These are the same Yoruba people who joined their masters to killed PIB because it will benefit oil producing communities in Niger Delta. Now oil has been discovered in their domain and they are jittery. God please let the maltreatment, killings, destructions and oppressions they meted on us befall any community in Nigeria where oil is found.
Yoruba people are ahead of you and the rest of Nigeria because they are not only smart, but also because they are proactive, they have great leaders and they don't put money, tribalism and greed ahead of common sense and what's best for Yoruba land.
Most of the environmental pollution and degradation going on in the delta manifested because of the activities of terrorists blowing up pipelines, deltans damaging pipelines to steal oil and the leaders in that region paying their youths to blow up pipelines just to secure repair contracts.
What happens when you blow up pipelines, you damage your land and suffer the consequences.
Kaysalas: bros a beg! Is proforce owned by a Yoruba man? And is it a strictly Yoruba thing without foreign influence. I just wanna know. A beg! Nor curse my papa O! I be Yoruba boy O lol!
NIGERIAN IN DIASPORA LEADS INVESTMENT IN 1,200MW SOLAR POWER PROJECT
In Diaspora, Emmanuel Irono, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nigerian government to deliver 1,200MW of solar-powered electricity in the country within the next two years.
Emmanuel Irono is the Chief Executive Officer of Motir Services, a US based company and major partner in the investment consortium. In a brief ceremony to mark the signing of the MoU in Abuja, Irono said the consortium has a portfolio of over $5 billion. The funds, which can be accessed over a period of five years, will go into financing its integrated renewable energy projects.
“The proposed solar technology to be installed is guaranteed U.S standard,” he said. He stated that the consortium has the capacity to increase the scope of project up to 10,000MW in the next five years.
laudate: Haba! Why you dey fall my hand like this, you old man ehn? Have you joined the copy and paste brigade? Or are you too intellectually challenged to supply answers to the questions you have been asked?
N.B: By the way, I am a full-fledged Nigerian o, and I remain one for life! Am sorry if that fact offends you...but I gat nothing to do with IPOB.
[/s]
worry about your ipob and let Nigerians worry about Nigeria...
laudate: Hehehehe.... let me laugh in my native language first! Why are you hyperventilating and dragging IPOB into this matter? Are you sure you have not been taking tutorials from them secretly?
You were asked a small question. Just substantiate your claims of "18 hours power supply" by listing the areas, districts, towns and cities where this has become a reality. You have still not been able to do so. I don't want to accuse an old man like you of lying...okay. So get off your high horse, stop getting defensive and answer the question. Simple!
[/s]
worry about your ipob and let Nigerians worry about Nigeria...
laudate: Guy, why the aggressive response? You made an assertion. You were asked to give specifics and instead of doing so, you turned round, got defensive and dished out the IPOB label. Why?? You have the wrong person, bro'. Hear me well o, I gat nothing to do with IPOB. I fit borrow you my contact lens make you take am check all my posts on NL, o!
By the way, I am still waiting for you to answer the question! Who exactly are these your so-called Nigerians saying the same thing? From which areas exactly? Did you conduct a survey or a census before you came up with this so-called "18 hours of power supply?" He who asserts must prove! Chikena!
We are waiting for you to substantiate your propaganda!

worry about your ipob and let Nigerians worry about Nigeria...
Max24: All you have typed above is evidence that you still need to receive sense. first if u think my support for NOI is based on tribe you are wrong. Am as Yoruba as you and indeed from Adeosuns State but is that what Nigeria has reduced to. Baba Awolowo of blessed memory argued on intellectual principles and not sentimental outbursts. You argue like an uneducated literate. Education and literacy are not exactly d same and education remains Awos visionary legacy in d sw which am eternally grateful to him for but you make him weep. All your arguments are sweeping generalisations and no specifics. Its only illiterates that reason that way. At any rate if all u wrote were Ngozis offence why has PMB not arrested her or ask for her accounts to be frozen as was done to Diezaine Maduekwe. Ngozi was more financially opposed as coordinating minister of economy than Diezaine and as such should have been the first to be arrested if her hands were not clean. If she was implicated in the Dasuki scandals why has PMB not arrested her or apply for Interpol's help while keeping Dasuki in jail. See why I say Awo weeps. As per her stewardship under OBJs two terms as u mentioned u seems not to know or have forgotten that she and obj paid off all of Nigeria's cumulative debts by all governments preceding theirs. Most importantly while PMB thought fighting corruption was about arrest and detention , Ngozi knew it was best fought institutionally hence her conception of TSA which PMB quickly adopted. Or didn't you know TSA was her legacy idea to institutionally fight corruption ? Or you thought it was PMBs idea ? Please, if this wonderful Igbo woman was as fraudulent as you painted we all know what PMB would have done to her international reputation. And if you remain inconsolable concerning her simply ask PMB to arrest her or forever hold your peace. At least she is innocent until arrested, prosecuted and found guilty. Thanks.
Not interested on your pointless and thoughtless rant.
The woman confessed and admitted in her own voice on video that she let us down and GEJ was incompetent.
The same woman also admitted that she was incompetent and unable to protect Nigerians economically when she threw in the towel and advised us to get ready to suffer when oil was selling close to $80.
Brace for tougher times ahead, Okonjo-Iweala tells Nigerians
Nigerians should brace for tougher economic times ahead, the Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has said as crude oil prices slipped to a four year low on Wednesday.
New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) December WTI oil futures sold at $75.20 per barrel on Wednesday, down $1.98, from $74.96 per barrel the previous day, the lowest level for a most-active contract since September 2010.
That was 2014 when she gave up, cop to her failure, ran out of tricks and threw in the towel and ultimately telling us to get ready to suffer.
So, if the world class banker opined that you are going to suffer when oil was selling for $75, exactly what is she going to tell you to do in 2016 with oil selling for $40?
laudate: Which areas are getting close to 18 hours of power in Nigeria? Are they getting it daily or weekly or monthly? Please be specific, o! And kindly list out those areas so we can cross-check & verify! Thank you as you comply...
Why are you asking me?
Shouldn't be asking Nigerians all over the country saying the same thing and also many in this same thread saying the same thing?
laudate: Those that have ears to hear, let them hear! Anyway, all efforts should be made to enable the SE get their Biafra so that everyone can have peace...
And I know what's best for Nigeria is sad news to you ipobs, but try worry about your ipob and let Nigerians worry about Nigeria...
Max24: You need to receive sense. What's wrong with using our best to handle the economy instead of using the intern economist Adeosun. She had to start consulting Birsmark Rewane, Teriba and co. She will use Nigeria do her PhD thesis in national economics for the next four years. Maybe like Fayose said we have entered one - chance.
Your best handle served under 2 administration and failed miserably as confessed by her in the video I posted.
Your best handle stole and illegally gave our money to Dasuki to share with her cronies
Your best handle was borrowing billions to pay salaries when oil was $80 so what is she going to do with oil selling for $40? Pawn or sell Nigeria?
Your best handle told us to get ready to suffer in 2014 when oil was selling for $80 so what's her advise going to be with oil selling for $40? Tell us to start eating grass?
Your best handle as the finance mnister was so clueless and incompetent that she did not know where our money was going, what NNPC was doing with our money until SLS blew alarm before the clueless woman finally admitted that $10 billion was missing?
What kind of best handle lose track of $10 billion in her care? A worthless and incompetent handle..
Your best handle had thousands of ghost workers collecting billions from her every month with ease and she did nothing about it?
That incompetent woman is the reason why we are in trouble today, but at least in the video she confessed and admitted that she bleeped up.
Are you losers going to blame her for admitting that she fucckedd up?
DrLee: I didn't want to comment but I've been seeing your posts for a while and your level of hatred is alarming. Pls learn to reduce that.
[/s]
Hatred was when crooked and corrupt people like this woman and Jona stole your money and gave if to other crooks like Dasuki to share, buy mansions, cars, luxuries and comfort for their own famiies while jokers like you spew nonsense.
Hatred is when this woman and her cronies had the opportunity when oil was selling for $100 to rescue us, diversify our economy, but instead as she confessed to in the video, they failed to do just that ans instead asked us to prepare for suffering and austerity back in 2014
Hatred is this woman and jona borrowing and sinking us in debt to pay salaries when oil was selling for $80
Hatred is when service chiefs were looting military funds while our men on the battled field fighting terrorists were dying needless and jona instead of sacking them looked the other way and instead gave them National awards..
Hatred is leaving us in darkness after jona and his gang stole $20 billion power funds and so on and so on while Nigerians are saddled with poor schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, unemployment and lack of opportunities...
copjtels: why is every development and projects now in Nigeria is only in the north and west how about the south-east and south south where the money is coming from God is watching But y not just let Baifrans go na
Sorry my friend, this money is not your SS or Nigerian money, this is Canadian money and investment and investors decided where to site their businesses, not you.
For any sane and responsible investor to invest in your land and safeguard their investments, first learn how to be peaceful, accommodating, welcoming, less destructive and less violent because investors are not stupid and they care less about you and your tribal nonsense...
BiafraIShere: Keep shouting ipobs up and down, your kindergaten Adeosun along with the dullard is really doing a swell job destroying the Nigerian economy, by the time you loose your job due to recession or sink into poverty, then your brain will reset.

I just hate when ipobs dey bark inside my ears like bingo..
The refinery, Dangote told had said would be the largest in Africa, turning Nigeria into a petroleum exporter. The Refinery and Petrochemical Complex was initial planned to be sited in Ogun and Ondo
Dangote Group had signed $5.55bn loan deals with financiers on October 2013 for the building of a $9bn refinery and petrochemical complex to be located at the Olokola Free Trade Zone, Ondo State.
Alhaji Aliko Dangote initially had initially settled for Ondo State because of the relative peace in the state compared to other Oil producing states, but the Olokola and Igbakoda communities were said to be very unreasonable in their demands.
If Dangote had agreed to the demands from the communities, he might have to spend about fifty percent of the projected cost of the refinery on community relations it was gathered. Since, it is not government agency, Dangote was said to have decided to move the project to a more business friendly environment.
The Trace Magazine gathered authoritative from source who was involved with the development of the refinery in Ondo State informed that the state lost the project to Lagos State Government carelessly.
Let me educate you, this project was slated for Ondo state, a PDP state, but the environment was so noxious and non conducive that Dangote changed his mind and moved it to Lagos state...
PDP is a useless party full of useless, worthless and incompetent people so go hide your face somewhere and dream up another shallow, laughable and unintelligent nonsense to talk about...
PHOTOS: Gov. Fayose Set Up Water Project At Igbara Odo Ekiti
Gov Fayose still at Igbara Odo Ekiti for the switch on of water in the town. No water in the town in the last five years.
Water is now flowing in some points in the town while damaged pipes will be fixed before the end of the week as promised by the governor who directed the GM of the State Water Corporation to relocate to the town
Ikechukwu48: Chai IPOB has made this one mad. In almost every post he makes na ipob, ipob, ipob he writes like a mad woman running naked in the market square.
Ikechukwu48: Funniest thing is yolobas have never actually been good in finance. I was told and even read After the Biafra war, almost every federal company were handed to them....many were growing at that time and they liquiated those companies, majority closed down in a very short period of time and the ones that managed to survive because some piece of shit.
As for the rest of your post, Nwoke tell me about it. For some reason those yolobas are desperate to be seen as Igbo mates. Whenever none igbos praise Igbos like they usually do, the yolobas migrate to the thread to whin and scream how they are better and it is them that should be praised. What a comical bunch. Something I always say, if you Good as you think you are, you don't need to push on others face for them to notice, people would notice but if you suck, noone would notice and only you will be blowing your trumpet (so far yolobas have proven me right). Their desperation to be noticed is sad and hilarious as Bleep to me. Their jealousy is hilarious as hell because despite it all, they've yet to made a dent in any of their attempt to diminish Igbo advancement. Case in point: Phillip Emegweali. Despite yolobas started the rumors about him being fake (let's forget the first people to call him a fraud was saharareporters), anyway, despite it all, the dude is still winning awards for his invention. I literally took a computer engineering course this summer to use as requirement for elective course. The textbook we used in that course still mentioned Phillip Emegwali. Our professor even lectured about him in class. I found it hilarious that despite yolobas effort, they've not made ONE SINGLE DENT in his reputation. He is still uplifted in the industry he works in. That's hilarious to me to be honest. Like recently, they literally posted a comment about something called "Proforce". Ironically enough, when googled, the individual is doing the same thing innosun is doing except he's unpopular and most of his products are in my opinion mediocre. But none the less, they try to pass him off as "manufacturer" yet it's the same lots that kept hating on insussons inventions and even pathetically took it up a notch to claim "he assemble car with chinese part". Yolobas envy of Igbos is so pathetic.
