You concerns should arise if INEC shoulddemands for the certificates and the APC keep mum. But responding to PDP Who have nothing meaningful to campaign with is a waste of time.

pvc collection is encouraging in Kaduna where I registered despite efforts by inec to frustrate people from having theirs. Same applies to other states I have been to recently like Niger, Kano and Sokoto states where collections are high.
