To be sincere the hosts don't deserve to win this match.

femeritus:
The coach killed the match like the one against Croatia.
I was shocked when he didn't start Ebuehi with his fast attacking prowess and adept defending. Refused to bring in Iwobi. We needed to attack as much as defend but he simply wanted to defend. Even when they knew they couldn't absorb the pressure, they still kept on defending and throwing balls away. Just pained that Argentina knew they would qualify if we could beat Iceland for them and they proved it. For the 5th time, Nigeria proved to be wife to Argentina. Shameful. Instead of taking the battle to the Argentines who have very weak defence, they kept throwing balls away in their own half. Iceland deserve to qualify more than this Argentine team. Nonsense.
But Idowu didn't play bad in this game now

we should all blame Ighallo for missing those 2 glaring chances

We need to be more composed at second half

Still not a bad first half
