Hope it is not a wrist band to identify who to attack or not after the election. Just thinking out loud. I don't trust our politicians We all saw the magic of an handkerchief in Osun's election |
codedguy1:Restructuring is not the solution at least for now. Not until we see presidential post as ceremonial and channel the energy on how to elect a credible leader from local government chairman to Governor. See we are complaining of about no electricity in some areas, poor road, poor security. Abeg Na when last did the president or Governor pass through your street. Who presidency epp, Obasanjo was a president for a good 8 years, till present, sango road still looking like a death trap like before. Those crying been marginalised are not serious, why do they vote every 4 years. Charity they say begins from home. As for the 2019 election, my view, Buhari will win though with little margin. Sound mind like you and I know that Nigeria deserves far far better Atiku and Buhari. See, I never see how much Dem go give me Wey I go vote. Waste my vote for sound mind like Moghalu, Duke, Sowore. It means I am left with Atiku and Buhari both 70+. 60% of those who can afford internet 247 do not have energy/ strength to vote( after all Na today we dey vote. An honest person can never win an election in Nigeria( no way you no go bribe voters if you are serious of winning). Some states heh, Governors spend nothing less than 5bn to win. You heard me right. 5bn. Punch front page political advertisement is 5m+( fact). The individual contestant don't even have such money, that is where godfathers comes in. If as a godfather and you invested 1bn on a candidate, after winning first 1 year, you are expecting at least 5bn. Of course Na our hard earned money the governor go use for sure. Result is little development. I swear if no be say SS get majority of the oil, Nigeria go don tear apart tey ey. And if Na say Na north get am, dem go don break away from Nigeria and be independent ( from their trait and pattern) It simply means those who we are voting for are not honest from onset. Ambode was outed because of what ? As they claimed, he stepped on many toes . Whose toes? Or he has reduced the way they spend Lagos money anyhow. As much as I like politics, I can never contest for any election in Nigeria.Laye (in my term, only a fool fight for the masses. You can never satisfy everybody so why the stress. We still have a long way to go. Annoying part be say our current leaders oo, they all complained like us when they were nobody. In Nigeria politics, You can't talk while eating( Case study Shehu Sani) Not until the voters see an election as their normal right to choose who to represent them and elect credible person. To get it right go hard oo. Nigeria problems are complex. |
[quote author=codedguy1 post=72998090]So what exactly is your point? We should continue Luke this? Regardless of how poor the villages in the north are if we do the right thing by restructuring it will be better for us all on the long run. We just need to start it. As per the south coming together, you have answered the question with you afonja and Igbo disposition to each other. But there can be a healthy competition between the 2 of them. The a location states collect now from abuja can be doubled if all states take responsibility of resources in their states. That's a fact, the problem is that the oil states might become too rich in the eyes of the north. How the oil states manage their riches is another matter, excesses can be used to manage the few states that would need assistance. Look at NEPA/disco etc if Tinubu had been allowed with his ipp project by now am sure almost all the sw would have been lighted up now, why can't kainji, shiroro and jebba generate light for the north, allow the nd use their oil to power themselves and support any other region who might lack the capacity. Even ajaokuta can generate light for about 5 states. FDI to states will help achieve their goals and Dont forget agriculture alone can even get us out of this situation if we can feed west Africa. At least every state has land.[/quote Bro my point is as how sophisticated we are in Southern part, ordinarily region can't come together as one. Let call a spade a spade. When Last have you heard SE or SS or SW leaders coming together to discuss the progress of their region( I am not talking of their show meeting which they only discuss without implementing. If a state like Bayelsa of less than 3 million population still owing salary, then we are not ready for restructuring because it simply means even if FG give them 100% ownership, do not expect to see mini Dubai. If you can not manage your airtime credit, you will hardly manage your account balance. Majority of northern elites have this sense of entitlement. They are lazy intellectually, upon how many years they have ruled, upon billions if not trillions stolen now and then, they are still poor and backward. They can never support restructuring not even now. Nigeria politics heh, no matter how big your campaign plan is, our useless constitution will only allow you to do little. That was done during the scam population numbers. SE,SS,SW are 17 states in total. That means northern states 19 abi. Do you have an idea how many fraudulent local government, reps, senate members compared to their southern part . If by vote, you can't win them in house and senate unless if they support the idea or money is involved. To cap it all, we have some useless representative down south here's who are saboteurs. We saw how meaningful project was removed from the budget. Not until we scrap our unworkable constitution in Nigeria , we shouldn't expect much development in the next 10 years. No bills raised in both House of rep and senate without money or juicy things involved. If our legislooter is not going to benefit from any bill, if you can not bribe them, Na till Jesus comes Dem go pass am. That's the reality about the country we all found ourself |
Nwadiuto247:Things don't work that way. Even if you guys want to put all your eggs in one basket, it should be a secret weapon. 2019 election is about SW and SE. Buhari will have nothing less than 60% of total casted vote in SW. Who ever wins SW already invested in both Buhari and Atiku. A win win case. SS is also playing the same politics( that is glaring) In the case of South East, It is a MUST for Atiku to win( for those interested in politics). Should Buhari wins , it means they have no stake on his reelection. You cant have your cake and eat it. No it doesn't work that way. I am not here to convince you on who to vote or not even me self I be internet keyboard warrior Wey no get time/energy to vote, but if you are talking about real project not paper work, then Buhari has something to use to campaign. About the economy, It was something glaring Nigeria was heading to recession before Buhari came in, though he made some bad policy like total introduction if TSA. He should have used a withdrawal method. Nigerians are used to free money. Those who are doing legit work do not have any feeling on the economy. And before you talk about millions of job lost, majority of the company owners one way or the other involved in politics. Forget about their big brand name, they used corrupt money to run the business. They are not really making reasonable profit with their lavish lifes. When the TSA was introduced, free money stopped and what do you think would happen to their business, of couse they will cut up the size of their workers to survive. Offlate, I read about HSBC and other bank pulling out of Nigeria . Why won't they, do ordinary common man have an account with them. Majority of their account holders are looters ( PDP and APC members , na only name difference and dey fit switch gear to which ever party they want) and some few parents paying school fee or legit international business man. About the killings, my own conspiracy theory is that during Jonathan regime, some PDP and APC members were the one responsible for the boko haram killing. Just only for 3 purpose 1. For monetary gain. You guys don't have an idea how much some community are paying to boko haram group not to attack their community. Dasuki must Definitely be part or when have you heard PDP talking about his release? 2. To discredit GEJ's government. Majority were APC members in north in other to get sympathy. Same in Syria, Yemen, Iran e.t.c 3. To reduce a certain particular community loyal to a party. Both PDP and APC are responsible of that. To them its a game. Bokoharam kidnap almost 400 girls at one night in a state under emergency with security everywhere. How many bus did they use to convern them? How long would it take to load all the girls in the busses. On average if they use 80 seater bus. That is 5 busses and nobody saw them. Same thing is happening about the herdsmen killing. It is political. Both APC and PDP sponporers had already made a lot of money before the primary election. Trust me by January, either herdsmen or boko haram will go on rampage. Where do you think they will get money to fund their campaign? Sometimes, it is beyond what a leader can stop just like that. Whether Gej, Atiku or Buhari. |
codedguy1:Have you been to any northern states? I am not talking about town, I mean villages. Their past and current leaders purposefully leave them in abject poverty. Those people do not know what a " Right" is. They can be easily deceived with peanut. Most especially when the election is around the corner. They are more than us in Southern part cos a single man can have an average of 5 children. Those are the real voters who will queue come rain come sun. What do we have down South here, claiming sophisticated on internet and allowing almajiri to choose who becomes Nigeria president . Only solution is "If" southern states can unite as one like their northern part. That is not even possible cos some af.onjas and fla.ttinos will never agree on same idea. We saw it before, we are seeing it presently. Reference case Nairaland. They cant engage in a meaningful conversation without throwing tantrum. |
codedguy1:Most southern states can survive without oi money. Northern youths need to wake up now. Majority of them do not know right from wrong. Same as Southern part. In a sane clime, with the population of 200m+, Na only Buhari and Atiku we go fit vote. Chai, Education is useless in Nigeria and Africa in all |
codedguy1:It will still take nothing less than 10 years. Most Northern states are not ready for restructuring cos they are used with oil Money. That's just the reality |
ottohan:Pained soul |
celeiyke:Funny you. If not for the salary saga do you think PDP would have had such numbers? Ekiti is a case study |
codedguy1:That's why things remain stagnant in Nigeria. An honest person can never win an election in Nigeria. Restructuring should be vision 2028 . States should be prepared enough before introduction |
DawatNama:You guys left your potopoto region to come down SW, yet you are attacking your host? You guys should be careful cos there is life after an election |
PDP is a dead party in SW most especially in Lagos.. They should stop wasting their time |
codedguy1:That was a false teaching cos it does not correspond with reality on ground. Governors have 65% ( if not more)of say before masses |
Turantula:Guy face front. You quoted a wrong person |
Very funny. Atiku that can't even vouch of having 70% vote in Adamawa is talking of defeating Buhari.. Ok we are waiting |
What he couldn't created/achieved when he was a speaker. Bankole lost it. He disappointed so many people. |
Omololu001:If an oil producing state like Bayelsa are still struggling to pay salary then restructuring can't happen in the next 10 years. I laugh at Atiku when he said he will restructure Nigeria. First question that came to my mind was what does Adamawa as a state has in term of natural resources?. That means Adamawa governor, senate and rep will reject restructuring. Atiku's restructuring is a scam. |
Nazaretha1:Na so broda. Those people are like wrestling with a pig. They are ajegbedo who is looking for someone to stoop low like them |
Omololu001:Then so be it. We do not have to engage in politics of hatred. There is life after an election. We should all remember that. |
Omololu001:Hahhaha. You are wicked oo. Ever since Osinbajo tackled Atiku, have you heard of him saying anything about restructuring since then? Those who are gullible will continue to be. |
Good for them. Let each region supports their sons. No fight in church We down at the SW are ready for the outcome of 2019 which ever way as long as it is credible Let meet at the poll. Ariwo ko Ni music |
ImperialYoruba:Why are you having sleepless night untop of Obi candidature? Are you truly an omoluwabi? We don't play politics of sentiment. Let us use Buhari's achievement and project to campaign instead of unnecessary attack on Obi and Atiku. My one naira though |
When you take too much of SK
|
hisgrace090:I tire oo. Beer parlour gist. Obi this.. Obi that.. Anyways they are making him popular |
Lunch time Fried eggs with bread + banana Milk
|
Samanza89:APC are not interested in winning the governorship election their target is 30-40% in presidential election |
What shall it profit PDP and their goons to spread false news Well i wont blame them abi no be PDP 6 greater than 16 If PDP members tell you they can't see anything good in what Buhari is doing, just hug the cos life can be difficult for the blind |
On what basis should it be handled to you? Power is not given freely. You fight/work for it.. They have started with this their % quotation. I wonder how some set of people can be believing in their own lies.. Smh |
seyigiggle:Bro at times environment matters though not all the time. Even for the first time, do you think your son could get that so dirty? |
The parent shouldn't touched the boy Like parent like son A child raised in a decent area will never look like this |
Are there also virgin boys for lady/woman terrorist? Just wondering |
If true This is not good for our democracy |
