Number two: Olu Falae didn't defeat Onu as there was no election between both of them. Onu was the APP candidate with presence in 3 Geopolitical Zones and the party controlled 9 states.

AD controlled 6 states, all in one Geopolitical zone. Olu Falae was however, nominated to assuage the SW for the June 12 wahala.
