Please let me know,i applied since october 19th 2018 and status still showing application under processing.

A colleague of mine was in a similar situation, his bookings expired but he still got it. Short term visitors visa

Hello house, I just tried to track my application using my visa application ref number and dob, but it showed no record found. Before now, it used to show that my application has been received and is under assessment at the South African high commission, Lagos.

Am confused. Has anyone experienced this?

I've been notified by VFS that my passport is ready for collection today after receiving a call from them on Sunday confirming my details.. Waiting on UPS to deliver.. I pray its good news

Hi Everyone. I submitted my application for study permit at VFS Lagos on 11th December, 2018. Prior to my application submission, I had been told that it will not take more than 2 weeks before one gets a response from the High Commission.

Meanwhile, I would like to know if there is anyone here that is resuming in Pretoria for studies or work this month.

I got my passport from UPS this morning and behold my CSV was denied based on similar irrational excuse.I applied as a SHEQ practictional. Na for man to move on o.

Ok, picked up my passport after over 3months and guess what? Visa was denied...Lol
I applied for a CSV but was denied based on a requirement which isn't applicable to a CSV category (see attached).

Incompetence? Naaaa!

I can safely say whoever is at the helms of affairs at the Nigerian Consulate seems to be more interested in getting their palms greased by applicants.

I was going to appeal this decision just to set things straight but can't lock down my passport for 8 - 10 months (suggested processing time).

Am a silent ready on this platform. I applied for CSV last yr nov and I received my passport today from UPS. I was denied.
The reason was just baseless I think they just don't want to issue the visa

did u just applied for the CSV without a job offer and required document from a company in South Africa?
Also was they a specific skill you chose and filled in the application form for the CSV application
