Please VO i need help, my husband is in USA and in military, he has applied I-130 for me, I went for inteerview and was not given a VISA rather I was told it will go into administrative processing, so since that last year September it has been undergoing administrative processing. And now I've applied for school to study nursing, my fear now is if I go for interview and was asked about my tie to Nigeria, obviously my husband is in US and its been noted I want to join my husband, starting school is one of the early thing my husband and I want and instead of waiting for administrative processing which we knows not when it will be ready, we decide we go by student and I start my school immediately, so how do I overcome this and is that going to be a problem, will I be given a VISA, knowing well my sponsor is my husband and the only thought of me coming back is if I finish my school and my I-130 is not yet ready then I will go back, please advice me on what to do on this issue. Please what else can I do, I have never been told why her visa was denied and revoked, anytime I calls NVC all they kept telling me is its undergoing administrative processing with no time frame, please any suggestion on what to do, her non-immigrant visa was also denied based on 214(b), what can I do please.

can you please tell me other things she can present to overcome the 214(b), she has a project which we started after her I-130 was denied and her presence to the completion of the project is very necessary which she must go back after visiting me to complete the project. Do we present this as an evidence? also if even getting an affidavit to prove she will come back after visiting me, please anything to aid us overcome this please advise. Thanks

She's welcome to apply for a B1/B2 visa. However, if she just recently applied to immigrate to the United States, it is unlikely she would overcome 214(b), which is the legal presumption that all visa applicants intend to immigrate.

Am seriously in need of my wife to come take care of some certain things here, am considering of filing a visiting visa for her to come and go back, with promise that she will come stay and go back pending her VISA processess to be completed. Dear VO, am sure of what am saying, my wife's I-130 was revoked and the package sent back to NVC in USA here and ever since then I've been calling them and they kept telling me is under administrative processing. They never told me any reason why my wife's VISA was revoked and I've been married for over a year now, have not seen my wife, please kindly help advise on what to do, I want to know if I file for visitation just for her to come and visit me for a month if it can be granted.
