pc connections are slow but phone conections re even faster 2day, can it be  say na pc conections dey make phone conections slow?

pls my nokia 6680 with s/n 352278012039745. cant play any game whatsover, i downloaded both java and s60 games but all to no avail, my friend even sent me some games but still it did"nt play. it will insatll but if it opens it wont play, the pes that manage to play d'nt show full screen and it even hanged along the line, pls wot can i do.
  aslo i cant remember the lock code and security code, how can i get it pls
