Let's go back memory lane to USA94 and look at where the 7 goals we scored in total. Nigeria vs Bulgaria 3:0(first goal came from the wings through finidi for yekini to score. SECOND goal also came from the wings from yekini to amokachi to score. THird goal also came from the wings for amunike to nod in a flying header.
Second game against Argentina, the only goal came from siasia from the middle.
THIRD game against Greece, it was a lob from deep midfield to finidi to score and the second goal scored from center of the midfield by amokachi who took on 4 defenders to score. Looking at our games and goals scored, I think we should go for 4 3 3 formation...... Contribute yours.

Any positives to expect from onazi at the world cup?
I have observed this guy for some years-3years now and I can't see what he has really contributed to the team and what he could contribute in the nearest future despite being " 25" years.I can understand how he became the vice captain as perhaps he is one of the senior guys in the team,that is why he still commands regular shirt in the team.the only time you may likely see him on the field of play is when he commits an infringement on an opposing player.no good passes as a midfielder, no direction,no discipline ......I don tire to write about this guy.someone should pls help out
