Foreign Affairs › Dramatic Moment Russian SU-35 Fighter Jet Intercepts Two US B-52 Nuclear Bombers by Arrowhead231(op): 4:35pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
This is the dramatic moment a Russian fighter jet intercepted a pair of US nuclear bombers over the Baltic Sea, just days after an American drone was downed. Russia’s defence ministry said a single Su-35 was scrambled to meet the B-52 strategic bombers that were flying in the direction of the Russian border on Monday, but that it returned to base after they moved away. The development came as Moscow said it had flown two of its own nuclear bombers over the Sea of Japan for more than seven hours, in a statement released as Japan’s prime minister was beginning a surprise visit to Ukraine – and as China’s premier Xi Jinping continues his own visit to Moscow. The Tupolev Tu-95MS planes are capable of carrying nuclear weapons and Moscow regularly flies them over international waters in the Arctic, North Atlantic and Pacific as a show of strength and as an intimidation tactic. It also followed the March 14 crash of a US military surveillance drone into the Black Sea after it was intercepted by Russian jets, in the first known direct military encounter between Russia and the US since Russia invaded Ukraine. https://newsfinale.com/us/dramatic-moment-russian-su-35-fighter-jet-intercepts-two-us-b-52-nuclear-bombers-over-baltic-sea/

1stGenAmerican: No need to, it’s my country. ALL countries are guilty of atrocities and most redeem themselves. Leaders of the area thats now Nigeria traded human beings for mirrors and rum, pretty atrocious right? The countries they sold humans to returned and colonized them. No country is free of atrocities. what the US did to their Native Americans is even worst. |

1stGenAmerican: They refuse to the consequences of a terrorist nation with an erratic history having nuclear weapons, The US has committed more crimes against peace than Iran, they used false pretext to invade Iraq which is a sovereign nation and there by institutionalized the reign of terror on innocent Iraqi people. You are calling Iran a terrorist nation but I guess you are either ignorant or brainwashed not to know that, the US trained Osama bin laden as a Mujahideen fighter to terrorized the Soviet in Afghanistan, but he turned against the US and did to the US exactly what they thought him how to do which was to perpetuate terror. Isis was created by the US but when things began to get out of control they had to quickly put an end to it. The US also sponsored another terrorist group to overthrow the government of Cuba which failed, the US is the real terrorist nation in this picture. |

1stGenAmerican: Show me something credible to debunk it. You can’t, right? The reports came from US Intelligence, the same US Intelligence that told the world Russia was going to invade Ukraine months before it happened. You guys have been making the joke about Ukraine winning the propaganda war and Russia winning the real war for a full year now and by now, we all know it’s a lie. You guys have worn the word propaganda out, using it out of context but when it’s pro-Russia, CNN and Western media are your friends. You guys watch random YouTube ‘news channels’ and follow social media accounts of faceless strangers that might be run by your next door neighbors but believe every word. Straight winning for Russia but conscripting more soldiers, using Wagner soldiers, prisoners, and students to fight? Russia’s engaged in a war that the soldiers can literally walk over the border to fight but they’re no closer to winning than they were in the beginning.
Now, Putin is upset because he realizes that Western Intelligence has gotten the best of him so he want them to beef up their safeguards, and that report comes straight from Russia. I know he’s embarrassed. Are you Talking about the same US intelligence who compelled people like you to believe that Iraq was in a possession of WMDs? |
Foreign Affairs › Re: First Ukraine, Now China by Arrowhead231: 3:59pm On Feb 25, 2023 |
pansophist: Ukraine didn't make a mistake, the same way America didn't make a mistake attacking Japan when it attacked pearl harbor. The fact is that since 2014 when the western sponsored coup that toppled their democratically elected president occurred, Ukraine seized to be a sovereign nation and effectively became the 51st state of America unofficially.
So the US is basically defending its territory rightfully. Sun Tzu says, “To know your enemy, you must become your enemy,” but how do you become your enemy? You need to put yourself in the place of your enemy so you can predict his actions.
The world is under US hegemony, and any evils that strengthen such hegemony are just a means to an end, or collateral damage, in other words, it's acceptable. That's why Iraq, Syria, Libya, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Kosovo, etc, and now Ukraine, are acceptable.
The US government goes around the world bombing and destroying countries illegally, forcing democracy on them, sanctioning and stealing their gold and foreign reserves, and no one sanctioned them, but Russia went into Ukraine, a country they share thousands of km of land border with, for legitimate reasons, the US can't stand it because Russia´s interest doesn't strengthen its hegemony.
So the idea that Ukraine messed up by believing the US will save it is technically incorrect, simply because Ukraine is not sovereign. Only a sovereign country can make such mistakes, not a vassal. Fighting a war you know you can never win is a mistake, and Ukraine is a sovereign nation please. |
