Same boko haram would have infiltrated Cameron but their army stood their ground they didn't need "insider" knowledge. Ask your president to look into the mirror. He will find the reason for this madness. |

If you have any evidence to counter my posts do so. Do not engage in ad hominem attacks, it renders you classless. Truth is my defense and Buhari is weighed down by an albatross called his records and not my "agenda" as you ludicrously stated. I want the world to know this man's record.

FolarinLondon: I ll really appreciate it if you can take history as one of your courses when you finally get admitted into University but before then, let me indulge you with some facts about Nigeria politics. the National Council of Nigeria and the Cameroons (NCNC) which had control of the Eastern Region (Igbo) led by Nnamdi Azikiwe the Northern People's Congress (NPC) which had control of the Northern Region (Hausa-Fulani), led by Ahmadu Bello the Action Group (AG) which had control of the Western Region (Yoruba), led by Obafemi Awolowo When no party won a majority during the 1959 elections, the NPC combined with the NCNC to form a government, and when independence arrived in 1960, Abubakar Balewa was made the Prime Minister, and Nnamdi Azikiwe was appointed Governor-General.
Yoruba accepted their fate; no killing of either Hausa or Igbo in South west; Igbos were not called slaves to the Hausas/Fulanis, and Yorubas never questioned the decision of Nnamdi Azikwe to form alliance with the same Fulanis/Hausa Party you hate so much today.
In 70s, during the Second Republic, the National Party of Nigeria's (NPN) weak hold on the House of Assembly led to an alliance between the NPP and the NPN. The NPP(Igbo Party) formed another alliance with Hausa/Fulanis political party at expense of Awolowo-Yoruba party and nobody screamed blue murder ............ Yorubas accepted their fate again and moved on without resulting to Names calling

The truth is simple, the politicians are all thieves and yet people support them. Its not the politicians i have issues with. Its the poor fools who run about for them that i have issues with Mate, whether we like it or not, someone must rule this nation good or bad. What should pain you is the fact that some people do not mind what is happening in the country provided someone they regard as their brother rules. PDP have successfully divided the country into political and ethnic lines. Thats isn't healthy for the medium and long term wellness of the nation and I am sure if you are not blinded by regional or religion sentimentality, you will agree with me. |

Have you ever wondered who has the whole power in the land to stop the killing but has not? Do you honestly think the north who are want the presidency back to their own ( I must admit selfishly ) will continue to create unrest among themselves when they know it will affect their chances of winning the next election? Have you ever considered the fact that your brother ( I am being prejudicial here to assume you are Ibo or South Southerner ) was the one who lied to the world that they have reached an agreement with Boko haram? Have you ever put yourself in the shoes of those who have lost their belove ones? How will you feel if for instance, I make a mistake that leads to the death of your brother and I could not visit you to console you? Have you ever considered how painful it would be if again because of my mistake your sister was kidnapped and after about 4 months, I am inviting you to my house instead of me visiting you? |

El Ruffian is probably at the rally speaking from both sides of his mouth too. El Rufai is now for Buhari, before he was against him. He has been straddling both sides of the fence since 1804. When Buhari loses El Ruffian would be back in PDP with his tail in between his legs. As for Atiku, he is nothing but a political prostitute. Atiku is probably going to bail from Buhari before the election.
Atiku knows that Agrieved Politicians Congress (APC) is a spurious Union of strange bedfellows. Do you care to paste the whole article from El Rufai? Please do. Off course you won't cos you know it will rubbish your agenda. |

DesChyko: Divide how much Gabon is generating by their population. Compare it with ours. That is the mathematics. Our population is over eight times that of Gabon. I'm speaking out because the 'power' in my place (both rural and urban' has improved considerably. It is wrong for me to bite the fingers that are feeding me. I am a blogger, I depend on electricity for as much as 18 hours in a day. That I get by spending 468k per year on fuel. And as for Gabon, you don't get it do you? Okay, for explanation sake ( as I don't have the figures in Gabon) let's use SA as a case study. SA has a population of 50m people, and they generate 40k MW. That's x10 more than we generate. If as you will agree with me, we have more resources than SA, why do we not generate more power than them? The discussion is not whether the 40k MW is enough for our 160m population, the discussion is why a smaller country generates more than we do. |

1. Most of the so called statement attributed to him is as a result of media mischief. Like the Sharia bullshit that is been peddled about.
2. He campaigns from the north? Why won't he? Isn't that his base? If anything you should blame GEJ for treating our brothers from and in the north as though they are not a part of Nigeria.

Gabon may have a small population but how come we have just 4k MW? Yes, if Gabon is generating say 10k MW, we will need circ 30k MW but why will a lowly country as Gabon generating more than us? The argument is not whether what we generate is enough for the big population but why do smaller countries ( countries who are smaller than us in every aspect) generating way more than us? |

calebo101: APC: What manner of change?
The APC has been consistent in saying that the PDP has ruled Nigeria for 16 disastrous years in which corruption, impunity, insurgency, armed robbery and several ills of society held sway. But a very close look at the APC, I am seeing
* Amaechi - 8yrs speaker; 7yrs governor under PDP,
* Atiku - 8yrs Vice president under PDP,
* Akume -8yrs governor under PDP,
* Bukola Saraki - 8yrs governor; 2yrs Senator under PDP,
* Timipre Sylver -4yrs governor under PDP,
* Audu Ogbe - 2yrs chairman of PDP,
* Aminu Masari - 4yrs Reps speaker under PDP,
* Chris Ngige - 3yrs governor under PDP,
* Kwankwaso - 7yrs governor, 3yrs Defense minister under PDP,
* El-Rufai - 4yrs FCT minister, 2yrs BPE chairman under PDP,
* Oyinlola, 7 and half years governor under PDP,
* Segun Oni, 3 and half years governor under PDP,
And to cap it all they went to OBJ begging, a man who they claimed spent 8 of the disastrous 16 yrs as the maximum ruler of Nigeria to come and lead them on a rescue mission.
It is now clearer that APC is a waste basket of the PDP, where the people who created and perpetuated the "16 Disastrous years" are now dumped.
Please Nigerians what is the change in this APC? What most of you do not understand is the fact that APC can't stop this people from joining their party but the difference lies in whether they will allow them to continue to milk the people dry. People do not vote for the antecedents of the criminals who left PDP but the antecedents oof APC governors as can be seen in Lagos, Ogun, Edo and Osun. |

Nigeria: Abacha Never Stole, Say Buhari By Ibrahim Shuaibu
Kano — The late military Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, did not loot the national treasury contrary to the general impression, two military former heads of state have said.
Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, who ruled Nigeria between 1983 and 1985, and his successor, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida, gave Abacha the clean bill in Kano yesterday after the rememberance prayers marking 10 years of the death of Abacha, who ruled between 1993 and 1998. http://allafrica.com/stories/200806090008.html Do you realise that quote even on the site you gave me is attributed to Babaginda and not Buhari?
