ArSoN:
Before the commencement of scholarships this year, it’s advisable to have a folder in your phone, laptop or both devices where all frequently asked documents are kept. Do not wait for the scholarship to be available before you do this. It saves a lot of time and it sure makes it easier to apply for multiple opportunities from your phone at any location. Below is a list of the documents most commonly asked for:
• Passport photograph: You should have two of this, one with white background, the other with red background. You should use a laptop to edit the passports to 450px by 450px and not more than 200kb (that is Agbami’s requirement so just have it ready).
• O’level Result: O’level results include WAEC, GCE, NECO and NABTEB. You won’t be required to present all of them, just one. Some scholarships specifically request for WAEC. So if you are going to have only of the above, it should be WAEC.
• Admission Letter: You should have two of this, one from your school and the other from JAMB.
• School ID Card: Do not worry if you do not have this yet as some schools do not give ID card to new students early. The scholarship bodies are aware of this and would require some other document in its place like your school’s admission letter which is already listed above.
• Local Government of Origin identification
• JAMB Result
• Birth Certificate: Your actual birth certificate or affidavit of age can be used.
• National Identification Number (NIN). This is optional in most cases but if you can get yours, it is advisable to have it for the long run.
All of the above documents should be labelled clearly e.g ‘Passport’, ‘Birth_Certificate’ and not leave it as the phone’s default name e.g ‘IMG_0232784_20’. Also make sure the documents are saved somewhere online like your email in case your devices are not within reach to enable you apply with someone else’s device.

Sorry for the late reply. The doctor said they were too old for that method so we had to still cut the tails. They are a month old now. Will start a thread just for them.

Pets / Re: Why Tail Docking? by ArSoN(m): 11:30pm On Oct 13, 2018
My female Boerboel dog gave birth to 9 puppies and now we want to cut their tails. The vet said its 2000 naira for each dog. After much bargaining, we settled at 10,000 for all of them. I'm I been cheated by the vet?
