Hello Guys, I need help. Please my Study visa application was rejected. I don't know if anyone has been in this situation and how it resolved. I'd really appreciate any help I can get as I'm supposed to resume in November. flyway1: You can try studapart.com (quite expensive) or send an email to CROUS Paris to see if they have anything for you. |

Samoye111: I applied for my study permit sometime in September. Biometrics request and background check followed immediately. I got Medical request in less than a week. I should also mention that I got admission into two top schools (masters program) within record time. I didn’t rely on how good my applications might look, but I held on to faith in God, that my case will be different. When I applied for my study permit, I prayed that my application will not exceed 1month by Gods grace, not knowing it would take far less than a month. Also for my admissions, I specified the week I would receive admission from the two schools. Lo and behold, the admissions came one day apart in that specific week. Nothing is impossible with God! This story is just tip of the iceberg of how powerfully I have experienced God. All things are possible for anyone who has faith in God. Let’s always rely on God, I promise, people would think you are doing jazz...lol Please I’m not saying don’t do the hard work oh, but don’t put your faith in your hard work. So many “perfect” applications have been rejected. My final advice - don’t just pray, be specific in your prayers, it shows your level of faith before God. Peace! |

Okay then. If they're now attending to them and he's patient, he can wait. All the best to him. Sirromey: They are attending to paper applicants but the process is slow, I have gotten a medical response and I know someone else who has. The problem with cancelling application and reapplying is what if the persons account balance has dropped how will they go about it? If the person has everything in place and they can't wait they should redraw but if they don't I advice they wait |

My advise to you as a paper applicant will be to withdraw your application and reapply online. That was how we were waiting from March and reapplied in August. Got the AIP in September. I really don't think they're attending to paper and that's most likely why your GCMS notes is empty. Same advise I'll give to anyone who applied with paper and yet to receive feedback. Wish you all the best. Miide2: guys i need your opinion i ordered for gcms notes and got my notes last week but there was nothing to see.. no text from the Visa officer.. should i order another one ?
i’m a march paper applicant no medical request yet no Aip
what can i do |

Your application is better served if you show that you're in a viable employment (most especially if a mature student) because it works for you in several ways. 1) You show ability to meet financial requirements 2) Shows that in the event that you have to leave Canada after your studies you have something to come back to 3) It can count for home ties if you can get a study leave from the company. What I was trying to say earlier was that he should focus a lot on trying to show that he/she is gainfully employed and this can be done by showing current reference letters, study leave approvals, pay slips, etc Pee2Jay9: Does it mean that if u're still working at the time of applying, ur SOP should sound like u aren't? I just want to know if it's wrong to make it obvious that u're still working while applying for study permit |

You have to check your application again on how you stated your current employment situation. I think almost every other part of the rejection is tied to that. Ayanfebiodun: Hello house My application got refused and came back with this:
"I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation"
