Hello fam, am here on behalf of a friend who's finding it difficult to sign in on the nairaland platform. She is yet to apply and will be the main applicant. Intending to go with her husband and daughter . However, they recently found out the man is infected with hepatitis B. There question here is will their application be a problem cz of his condition although he isn't the primary applicant.

Hello Justwise and all guys in the house. I have an enquiry to make and would greatly appreciate your help.

I have a sportswear brand producing sports garments for football clubs in Ghana sneakers. There is a week course on footwear making i want to undertake at the University of Orgeon and then return back to my base in Ghana. I would like to find out how are my chances on such visa. For travel experience, I have been to Dubai and Bangladesh all to produce my garments.

i guess in the new application form right?and again i want to find out this from you.i have an account that i created since 2010.i still have access to it but its been dormant for a year now.The last time i deposited money is about a year ago.my issue is that my mum is actually stuffing this account with the required living cost/maintenace funds by next week and so we wait for 28 days roughly by the end of the month to get a statement out and apply for the visa.i want to find out whether the dormancy of the account has the tendency for me to be refused and if yes,what do i need to do

justwise: You don't have to worry about the previous refusal but you still have to state it in the form when asked.

justwise,I have seen the refusal clearance document and it says the reason was based on 46G(ii) of the UK immigration Rule HC395(as amended)

justwise: Please read the refusal letter again and note under which immigration law you were refused, its always stated towards the end of the letter

Cant recollect but what they said was that,they doubt if i will comeback.but was not like that too.but i will be glad if you can explain what the paragraph 32(7A)or(7B)mean.Thank you
