miss, am trying to make a point. I can't protect myself if the government does not protect me. Yes I am right. This is what I mean, the government have to put resources on ground before I can protect myself. For example, the govt asked us to go into cocoa farming and at the same time , the government banned consumers from buying cocoa. How is dat possible?
