Is it so hard to listen to simple instructions and not derail this thread?. There is a thread dedicated to the apprenticeship recruitment already, why not stick to it! 2 Likes |

Based: Haba Bros, no defensive midfielder at all for your lineup (at least either Ogu or Ndidi has to start), if you be coach, you go lose well well oo. It is obvious that we play woefully most times we use 4-3-3. The best formation would be a 3 man defence with two wing backs (Brian Idowu and Ogbuehi preferably) who can fall back to the defence when we lose the ball or join the attack when we are with the ball. This made us play better in the second half of the England match and earned us that win against Argentina. I no be coach oo, its just the few things i noticed. 4 Likes |
Sports / Re: Yaya Touré Accuses Pep Guardiola Of ‘having Problems With Africans’ by ascapella(m): 7:06am On Jun 05, 2018 |
Arondizuogu: He is a fraud but i can bet your team can’t stand his. Mourinho spent 75% of what Pep spent and didn’t win shii. If them give you the money wey dem give pep, i’m sure you won’t but players like Sane, Danilo, Stones, Laporte, Gabriel Jesus, you would have gone for bigger names. Pep lost three years in a row in the semis to spanish teams, when was the last time you team hit the semis let alone lose in it. Overrated coach that has imposed his style in just his second season and left the whole England confused. 100 fucking points! 5 Likes |

Some coaches don’t like African players because of losing them to Nation’s cup at the middle of the season. Others don’t because they feel we thrive on strength over technique. Personally, I think Guardiola is more of the latter. It was Guardiola who signed Seydou Keita in Barca and he suprisingly became a starter. Yaya should go and sitdown, greed didn’t make him leave after last season, there is no way he was going to bench Fernandinho. Same way Busquet benched him in Barca because he was more flexible. The trio of DeBruyne, Silva and Fernandinho was amazing. I also see some people mentioning Iheanacho, in all fairness, in Guardiola’s first season, he played matches but could not fit into that style and there is no way i will play Iheanacho over Aguero or Gabriel Jesus. Make we leave sentiments. In my own opinion, Guardiola understands football - I give it to him. Sane, DeBruyne and especially Sterling have become better players under him, he brings out the best in boys. 3 Likes |

Time to drop my own interview experience because I learnt so much from people’s experience especially the 2016 and 2017 threads. We all know it starts with the group discussion, just try to make valid contributions, try to talk so it can build your confidence towards the one on one interview. Well, We all know the initial questions would be Tell us about yourself and most likely what you know about PwC so have good answers for that already since you know you will be asked. Be ready to defend most of the words on your CV! I knew that already from candidates who posted their experiences here so I was ready, to a very large extent. I have working experience so 90% of my questions was about my work and the industry I work in. So, if you presently work with a company, be ready to explain in details what you do for that company, the challenges you have experienced and what could be done better. Also, be ready to explain what goes on in the sector or industry your company belongs to. For those who just completed their youth service, be ready to explain what you did during your youth service and probably what you learnt. It is very important Let me also add that those without accounting backgrounds stand a very high chance of being asked “Why Audit?”. You need to have a good answer for that. Other Questions I was asked - A time I was in an ethical dilemma Why PwC? (A further question waswhy PwC out of all big 4s) Current Happenings - Both Local and International It went well for me and I’m grateful to God.The group discussion helped shake off my nervous state. Confidence is key! You have gotten this far, it means you are exceptional. Have that in mind. Don’t talk too fast, it gives you time to think while talking. The Interviewers are nice and they will make you comfortable. Shoutout to the awesome people I met. It has been a wonderful experience so far. 9 Likes 1 Share |
