I completed my on-demand interview yesterday. Not a bad experience. Just try to be calm, sound confident, sight instances and you should be fine.

My question were;
Why shell and why the energy industry?

Have i ever been in a situation where i had to take a different approach to something?

My background and how it's a fit for this job?

How i coped with a difficult task?

I can't remember the fifth question. Let me aloso add that they specifically stated that some of your answers should try to follow this format.

1. The situation
2. What the challenge was
3. How you were able to tackle it
4. Solution and conclusion

PS: your question would most likely be different but this just serves as a guide as to what to expect.

I hope i have been able to help someone.
I still cant understand why people will be hoarding information and exploiting people monetarily.

BIG FAT ASS LIE!!!!!!!! I graduated from that school. We all know IG Yusuf, i have friends who kept writing GST 101 (Use of English) till their final year and guess what, they were not scoring marginal scores like 44, they had scores like 18/100 because they refused his sexual advances. whoever wrote this crap might not eve be a student of the university. The students of the school know the real story and that's actually the first story that dropped.

See them! They are now yapping and running their lip glossed mouths. When apc was cruising in kogi they were shouting that buhari this buhari that. I thought they said pdp was 99% in bayelsa and south south? Apc is putting up a decent showing considering the incumbent governor is pdp and the Jonathan factor. They said buhari wanted to take the oil Regions by force, if he really wanted to, he could have done worse than mama peace and wike did in rivers 6 months ago. I like this result: it makes rivers state a must grab for APC at the re run. Then we shall see the power of the Centre. For now you fools should at least swallow your words and give the president some credit for allowing votes count and quit running your stinking mouths all day about how buhari wants to take all the oil States!

who beat u?why d'u want to cry? na decent show we want chop or who will win d election... "if buhari wants to forcefully take d oil region??" wich oil region?, dsame niger delta i com from... Tel him n tinubu dat we r waiting... and mind u, EDO is nxt!
