Doing this, you won't be over pricing, or under pricing the domain

And it will give you an idea of who your buyer is at least

Please do not accept your buyer's first offer as you might be leaving a lot on the table.

I just thought since they are an app, the .app extension would be necessary on the long run

Bosses in the house I hope I could use a piece of advice please. A US based app startup which is becoming viral soon uses the app.name.com domain which redirects to www.-name-.me as their web based version. All strong extensions of this startup has been taken but their .app is still available. I feel they would need this sooner or later, do you think it will make a nice investment to acquire now especially when they are not trademarked yet?

I'm topline in support of this, let's organize a Nigerian domainers social, if we are serious about it and have a voice we have some bosses here who are recognized by Epik, Epik could sponsor it.
