The FG has no authority to save money it does not own

The FG share of the federation account is 54%

The FG finances are separate from that of the states

There was an ECA and the NGF were entitled to their share which was less that half .
Where is the FG share of the ECA
The other half belonged to the FG . She spent it all.


The FG set a benchmark price and anything in excess of that should not have been spent without a supplementary budget

Honestly what did she achieve for Nigeria?
She failed to diversify from oil and failed to prepare for the crash in oil prices. She supervised wholesale looting and rascality with all kinds of scams like the subsidy scandal in her 2012 budget and illegal withdrawal of funds for PDP

There is no evidence that she can be part of the solution to Nigeria's problems
Soludo achieved a lot more at CBN with very little hype
