PDP ticket would rely on APC, what guarantee do you have that Tinubu would win APC, PDP ticket is most likely for Atiku or Saraki, once the Igbos (Kalu) or whoever didn't put up a good fight in APC then PDP goes North with an Igbo vice, you can't challenge a rulling party, the only thing that would break APC in the way you think is if Tinubu wins or if Tinubu lose,

If Tinubu wins Northerners would rally around Northern PDP candidates if Tinubu lose, he would leave the party with his Western blocks and other faithful, it is quite unpredictable for now, PDP may not be for Igbo presidential candidate, it is for a Northerner with Igbo vice unless an Igbo wins APC ticket that's the time PDP can field an Igbo candidate
