Pls 4 ur own advice if u wnt to use ND to apply for D.E, try to find out if d dpmnt accept ND, 2ndly, dnt use 2 setting to apply for nursing.

LASU accepts ND or its equivalent with respect to the department applied to.

Also, for Nursing, the norm is that student applying through direct entry should possess a midwifery or its equivalent Nursing certificate with experience. Even UI requires that UTME candidate must have passed through a midwifery school or its equivalent with experience. UI, LAUTECH and some other schools that offer BNSc accepts two O level sittings, so LASU shouldn't be an exception- I am still surprised why they insists their Nursing Fac be under LASUCOM.

It is advisable as sdcolour40 said, not to use two O level sittings for Nursing, in order to be on a safer side.

Yes they do; but it all depends on the ccours or less competitive course.

Imagine, say 100 DE student applied for Mech Engineering. They would prefer those with grades above average. Hope you understand the logic. So if an applicant is applying with lower credit; it would be advisable if its into less competitive course.

The transcript will be submitted at Admissions office- see screenshot of the address below from LASU putme website.

The transcript is optional so far you have your OND result or equivalent.

Does not necessarily mean the certificate. In my own case I submitted the statement of result, which stated therein my grade (credit or equivalent).

Please note, that all these would be in photocopy except for the transcript which should be enclosed in an envelope from your previous school. It after during the screening (post admission) that original certificates or statement of result would be required. Which is actually for presentation only.

There won't be any issue.
Even those with compound names were cleared. In as much that it bares at least 2 of your names and other elements of the third name.

In my own case my third name ought to start with Oluwa, but the name on my certificate bares Olu. I was cleared.

Just make sure you have an escape route; a sworn affidavit from a court of law. You can get that done today. If you're based in Ibadan goto Gate around post office; or High Court after Mobil bustop along challenge Ibadan. Don't know about lag though, you can ask around.
