''Passport bros'' continue trooping and investing in Kenya, unapologetically. “Investing”? Tinfoil:Hopefully those penguins he’s tariffing will stop looking for handouts and build themselves up to. Maybe we can form an alliance with them. 😂😂😂

Example of a Future Demographic Apocalypse: South Korea One of many countries destined to become comprised almost entirely of jaded 65+ year olds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ufmu1WD2TSk?si=cLdF-9ElCKyGNCMy |

Exnavyboy62:Yea sure like when they said Benin Republic invaded and annexed parts of Western Nigeria. 😂😂 |
andrewza:Yes I’m aware of that. I don’t expect Nigeria to order four dozen fighters in one order but a simple dozen or squadron from time to time or annually would be great. I tire of the handful of tanks or fighters here and there. |
bidex111:Wish Nigeria would buy Aircraft in bulk like that. |
GeneralDae:Crazy to see Nigerians in 2025 still holding it down as the dominant African group. ![]()

Baller254: Fidha254:What in the world does Kosovo have to offer that man? What are you worried about Serbia or its big brother Russia coming after you? Think he’s cozying up to close to the West? Honestly nobody cares enough to do anything to you or anyone down here over this crap. |
gallivant: theenchanter:That’s actually pretty tricky to answer. ECOWAS does have protocols in place that aim to ensure the free movement of both people and goods within its member states but there implantations are up to the individual members to ensure which they do ”usually”. The Protocol on Free Movement of Persons, Residence and Establishment was adopted in 1979, grants citizens of ECOWAS member states the right to enter, reside, and establish businesses in any other member state. The first phase of the protocol, which allows for visa-free entry for a period of 90 days, has been fully implemented by all member states. The second phase, granting the right of residence, has also been implemented, with citizens able to obtain an ECOWAS residence card or permit. ECOWAS introduced a common passport, known as the ECOWAS travel certificate, which exempts holders from visa requirements within the region. Right of Establishment: The third phase, concerning the right to establish businesses, is still in the process of being fully implemented in some member states. As for Free Movement of Goods the elimination of Tariffs and Non-Tariff Barriers; ECOWAS aims to create a common market by removing trade barriers between member states. As for Common External Tariffs there is an ongoing effort to establish a common external tariff for goods coming into the ECOWAS region from outside. ECOWAS does have a trade liberalization scheme in place to promote the exchange of goods originating from member states without the imposition of significant tariffs. All this can very from member to member. |
gallivant:You’ve missed the point. The EAC is effectively at war with itself. Two of your members are actively warring with each other over resources with the Rwandan army and backed gorilla’s killing EAC peacekeepers, South African, and Congolese soldiers politically unabated.
|
andrewza:What do you think on the full inclusion of South Sudan, Somalia, and D. Congo to the block? Where do you see the future going? |
GeneralDae:Yes ECOWAS has historically been the most active block. The French puppet thing was only ever somewhat debatably half true in the sense that half of it’s members where weak Francophones that France had a moderate to significant grip on. Turning the region into a tug of war between France and Nigeria politically. With Juntas taking over many of the francophones and about half of the block being suspended the field has changed. Parts of the media is trying to make it look like ECOWAS was trying to force these countries back into the iron grip of France when in reality all ECOWAS did was request they work on transitioning to civilian rule and you know NOT become dictatorships. As of today many of the sanctions have been eased. What’s going on in the EAC right now is just wild. |
It’s wild how there’s a Balkan esc war going on in the middle of Africa and The East African Community is essentially warring between it’s members. How is little o’l Rwanda causing such a ruckus right smack dab in the center of the neighborhood committee so causally and unchallenged? Not to mention the possibility of another South Sudan civil war breaking out. I remember only a few years ago when this was speculated to happen in the ECOWAS neighborhood because of the junta alliance which has moderately calmed down the past year. The EAC never should have expanded. Thoughts?

Would you consider this a fair assessment of the conflicting factions in the DRC? Are Rwandan troops actually firing upon South African & EAC peacekeepers? All of these key players are part of the East African Community and is seems the neighborhood considers Rwanda to be in the wrong here. So your telling not only has Rwanda not been suspended yet but The East African Community is fundamentally in a “pseudo civil war” amongst its members states? ![]() The EAC should have never expanded. ![]()

EKONGKING:I asked for clarification from another guy regarding something supposedly funny and you on-load your completely irrelevant emotional unhinged rant on me through some strawman argument existing purely in your own head. Are you alright dude? How was your day? Are you on meds? |
Chapps:Haters? Meltdown? |

tutudesz:Try again I’ll wait. Read it slowly if need be. |
Exnavyboy62:Him: Very Sad seeing our heroes dying like this with no concern from the FG and Minister of Defense. Me: No they aren’t “dying with no concern”. Nigerian soldiers kill/capture FAR more terrorist than vise versa. Instances like the tragedy above are extremely rare. It’s not even close and that gap continues to widen with the constant adoption of new equipment and new tactics. They are very concerned and trying to improve the performance & survivability of soldiers. You: Your comment makes it seem as if you have sympathy for the terrorists. Make it make sense.💀 |
