Yes the concrete cast can be done after laying of blocks...

The 12m includes both workmanship and materials till finishing.. Though for just the 3bedroom only as earlier requested from someone here and cost depends on ur taste especially in finishing level.

Also, we've taken most parts of the walls in the main building to lintel level.. Ready for boarding

We made the lintel chain beam cos it would be carrying a concrete fascia(parapet) ontop

Form work ongoing ...

Meanwhile we've attained lintel level for the boy's quarter

We've tied the beam which would act as a support for the cantilever

The self suspended beam and walls to be introduced won't be starting from foundation as its embedded in the wall after the dpc level

Next we'll be introducing a cantilever at the front of the house just like the way it's in the design....

The Cantilever we're introducing is a suspended beam which is positioned directly after one course block work from the from the Dpc level....

It seems the kinda blocks they use down south is different from that used in the north...

There are mainly two types of blocks which is the Solid blocks and Hollow blocks. Though it varies in sizes
