[A1] Join an active Church & align with them... for instance e.g: Dominion City and u reg with their DLi Academy and u'll be going to the weekend classes where u'll interact with young ppl like u.
[A2] After Church Service don't immediately go home, stay back and snap pics with ppl, make rapport with ur seat neighbor & if u like her/him exchange number.

[B] Join a WhatsApp Hangout group of friends eg: LiH Community (Lagos Igbo Hangout) if u're Igbo & u join d Subgroup depending on ur Zone/Area & catch-up on d fun; Beach Party, Picnic hangout, Wedding, Cultural Day, Rallies... there's always someone dat matches ur energy u'll find.

even d Asaba sef is dominantly Igbo, everybody know dat one. So it'll only make sense to add it to its SouthEast brothers.

My mum's Family lives in Asaba, so i do enter Asaba frequently & i must say it's an Igbo land.
Even in their government primary schools d pupils communicate with Igbo language.

My younger brother left Lagos to go & School in Asaba (reason was to be close to my Grandma & help her cos everyone was in Uni @Awka).
When dis boy returned 4rm Asaba he was speaking fluent Igbo more than all of us.

But i doubt they will ever agree to remove Asaba as d capital of Delta & use Warri instead,,
because Asaba is becoming massively developed & new projects springing up... owning to Igbos of course.
So i don't know if d State government will like to give up those giant feats already achieved in Asaba.
