please gurus in the house, my Alcatel One Touch 6010X - 2DRGFR3 firmware got corrupt when i restarted the phone while connected to my laptop through USB cable. Now when I tried switching it on it will only display the "Orange Logo" and that's it. where can I get the firmware to download? I have tried searching with Google but it keeps giving me Alcatel-One-touch-6010X MT6577 frimware zip to download and use. Should i go ahead??

pls any engineers in the house to help, whenever i switched on my data, the GPS automatically becomes active, i will have to go to "setting" and to "Location access" and then turn it off. however, after some seconds it automatically become active again as long as the data is ON. it drains my battery and i don't know what to do anymore. Also, i have tried factory reset but all to no avail. could it be because i once rooted my phone?

Urgent please, i have laid this complaint before but no response. I replaced my damaged HDD and installed a new windows 8.1 OS on my Hp laptop and try to drive the system, but on completion i observed the system doesn't boot when i power it up not until i remove the battery and put it back again. Then when i press the power button it won't start up until i press either 'Esc key' or 'F10 key', and go through the booting setup again and again anytime i want to use the system. This problem always come up whenever i want to power up my laptop and i have replaced the CMOS battery, so i was told to goto My Computer, click and goto device manager and confirmed if all the components are properly driven but it was observed that the 'Intel(R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface' was having the yellow umbrella sign on it, meaning it was not properly drive or having some issues. When I click on it to update it on the internet, it will tell me 'the best driver software for your device is already installed'. but the problem still comes up when i shutdown the system and ON it again, i decided to check the status of the Intel(R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface by right clicking on General and a dialog box with this message was displayed,"This device cannot start. (Code 10)" and "STATUS_DEVICE _POWER_FAILURE".

Hi all...i really wanna take this forum to say a big thank you to all your contributions toward my post...i was a victim of this situation and now my girlfriend and i are no more together simply because of this prophecy of a thing...i was told we won't be able to marry and since then my attitude changed towards her...this is a lady i love so much and she love me more...i told my dad about it after the damage has been done and he advise to go back to the girl and apologize, he said things are not done that way...he also added that many MoG has broken a good relationship today,that i shouldn't be going to them for such anymore...now friends i have leanrt my lessons...and i have gone back to her to apologize but she said i shud give her sometime to think over it..and that i shud keep on praying till i hear personally from God that we are meant for each other...since then nothing has been heard from her.......please friends do you guy think she will still wanna come back to me?........thou i called her frequently and we only discuss as a friend.......my fear is that she has not gotten someone else.....?
