All newly admitted students are to proceed to the bank below for their payment

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Ondo State Indigene: N100,000.00
Non Indigene of Ondo State : N150,000.00

Admitted students are expected to have paid acceptance fee of N25,000:00 into the University account given above before resumption

GUIDELINES FOR THE 2014/2015 SCREENING EXERCISE

Screening is scheduled to hold between Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th October, 2014.
Candidates are advised to report at the University’s Main Campus at 9 a.m. each day.
Newly admitted students should bring along with them the original and four photocopies of each of the following documents::

Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Examination Result Printout
Offer of Admission by JAMB (Admission letter)
OSUSTECH Post UTME Screening Result Slip
Evidence of Fees payment
WAEC/NECO Statement of Result issued and duly signed by the Principal or Certificate Issued by the Examination Body
Attestation letter from a reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant/Traditional Ruler
Medical Record of Fitness (From Government owned Hospital)
Certificate of Birth/Sworn Declaration of Age
Certificate of State/Local Government Council of Origin
Print and fill 3 Copies of NEW STUDENT SCREENING FORM (FORM A) on the University website.
Print and fill 3 copies of STUDENT SELF DECLARATION AGAINST CULTISM FORM (FORM C) on the University website.
Passport photographs (12 copies)
