"What in the name of the High God have you done!?" I shrieked,slowly giving in to my rising anger.

"Sheesh! Be quiet boy!" The shorter man chided me,obviously enjoying the drama now unfolding.

"Undo whatever you did to my friend or I'll make you pay!" I continued,my voice getting louder.

The short man chortled.

"Well it would seem our little friend does not quite appreciate the situation at hand." He drawled,turning to his companion,then he turned,his face expressionless.

"The Eternal Warlord of Bussa has the Orb you so seek,and in exchange for your friend's safety,he wants you to light up the Orb."

"How do I do that? I have absolutely no idea! If you can show me how,I'd be glad to light it up! Just let my friend go!." I begged,anger giving way to helpless desperation.

"You will do no such thing." A voice softly spoke behind me.

I didn't need anyone to tell me Aninye was objecting in her characteristic fashion.

"Aninye,I will have you know that this is our friend!." I reprimanded her,the anger slowly returning.

"Enough!" Jagaban roared.

As if on cue,everyone was silent.

"Your friend has poison in him,the deadliest in all the lands beyond the Great River. It kills even the mightiest of men in seconds. I mercifully gave your friend a week to live,for I know you are a stubborn lad. If you are sensible enough,you will do as I say. Take this egg,and smash it on the ground when you are ready to do as you are told."

He carelessly tossed the egg toward me,and as I caught it,a cloud of smoke enveloped us.

They were gone.

I think I hit a snag.

You're implying that the Catholic Church is not a bible-believing church...that's just wrong!
If its your belief fine,keep it to yourself,but methinks its very wrong to call any church non-bible-believing church. As long as it is a Christian church,the Bible is the foundation.

Christianity is just divided,everybody believes their church is the way to heaven. Pfft!

Nice one at least you are trying to revv up your physique. But like i will always tell any beginner, stay off machines and focus more on free weights(barbells and dumbbells). Those machines do not hit the muscles as much as free-weights does.
Even professional body-builders do not centre their training on machines, they finish with it.
