During my ACCA days,I had some of these top auditors and tax consultants from kpmg,pricewaters,mtn,deliotte,et al,lecture me. Even my papa wey work with barclays bank(uk),cbn,fbn,retired as an AGM in naija's biggest bank and has done consulting jobs for most of the top financial institutons in this country,might not even have a cv strong enough to nick that job. You're talking about someone being a senior manager at pricewaters. Mediocrity actually thrives in this country....

Bros it ain't easy working there... SO are you saying your Dad doesn't have a strong CV with what you've stated there and can't perform as a Finance Minister ?
