the best thing to do is to do more exercise involving ur legs (walking, lunges, extensions) make sure u get up and have a walk after every hour of sitting at ur desk, try and use stairs rather than lifts/escalator.

I think u should do a little warmup before u start ur love making like frog squats if u know what i mean, search online for leg excercises and search for love making positions.
